You walk into the school and a big sign reads, "Newcomers in the
auditorium for dorm assignments & receiving your starter!"
Delilah looks around, her suitcase wheeling behind her. She dreamed
of being a Hoenn gym leader, and this was her chance! She eagerly
took a seat in the auditorium.
Raye began to grab her stuff as she was about to get ready for her
studies in hopes of becoming a gym leader, "This could be the big
moment for me, from a sporty person to a dream of becoming a gym
leader", so Raye took a step forward and entered the auditorium and
as she entered she found a seat and sat in the second row.
"Come... ON!" Mira huffed, quite literally dragging her bag.
"Ugh... I seriously thought I fixed the stupid wheel on this
thing..." She growled, going into the auditorium. Without wanting
to give much more effort, she took the nearest seat she could see
and immediately started to tinker with the wheel on the suitcase
once more.
Sami trudged inside, her two suitcases full of Pokémon books, her
laptop, clothes, and much more. Her empty belt meant for carrying
Pokémon hung around her waist alone, barely showing through her
baggy shirt and coat. Pushing forward, she made her way to the
dimly-lit auditorium, and plopped herself down next to a
strawberry-blonde haired girl. "Gee, this place has to have at
least a couple old books about some legendary Pokémon!" she thought
with excitement.
Delilah looked to her side and noticed Sami, and gave her a grin
and a wave. "Hello, what your name?" Delilah asked, waiting for the
ceremony to start.
Luma sighed, dragging her suitcase behind her. She hadn't exactly
wanted to come here, but oh well. She trudged into the auditorium
and took a seat, looking around curiously. Wonder if anyone else
is here? She thought, looking at all the unfamiliar faces.
Sami, startled, looked back to the seat next to her. "Oh, hello!
I'm known as Sami. UB code name...I still need to think that part
up!" Sami laughed at her own inside-joke. Her and her old friends
would think up cool names for each other, mimicking code names for
Ultra Beasts.
Delilah looked slightly confused, but gave a slight chuckle. "I
assume you're doing something with Ultra Beasts?" She asked,
smoothing her messy yet tight braids.
Maybe it just needs a good cleaning or something... She
thought, struggling to even budge the wheel. Or maybe I just
need a new suitcase. This thing is older than I am.
She flicked the hair out of her face and gave up, looking around
the auditorium.
Sami laughed back at Delilah's confusion. "I am here indeed to
study mostly the Ultra Beasts personally, but I'm overall a very
avid legendary/mythical Pokémon researcher in general." she
explained. "What are you doing here?" Sami asked, as she looked
back at the seemingly endless rows of red velvet chairs behind her.
Raye was looking through her stuff and took a look at the pamphlet
that was talking about the studies, Raye begins to wonder if she
going to have a good time at the place she signed up for.
Luma sighed, rummaging through the front pockets of her suitcase,
pulling out the pamphlet her mom had tossed at her. She flipped
through it with a yawn, resisting the urge to flop out across the
seats.
Delilah smiled. "I've always been interested in grass type pokemon,
and I want to be in gym leader some day in my home region of Hoenn
for grass types!" She enthused, hardly containing her
excitement.
"Good evening, new students, welcome to The Pokémon School of
Arts and Care. I am Principal Lavendula!" A cheerful young man
stated into a microphone, an Empoleon by his side. "I have honor of
giving you all your first Pokémon and dorm keys! When I call your
name, please come to the stage!" He announced.
"Ooh! I'd love to work in Alola, where I hear a lot of Ultra Worm
Holes have recently been rumored to pop up. It will be interesting
indeed when I turn 18!" Sami said happily, whispering below the
cheerful man on the stage. "How excited I am to get my first
Pokémon!" Sami thought.
Raye put the pamphlet down as she was hearing what the Principal is
saying, she was focused in the challenges ahead, Raye hopes the
best as she continued hearing what the principal is saying.
Galen grabbed his stuff as he was already late for the start of the
new school year, he brought his outfit and also his pamphlet,
"Goodness me, I'm late. I hope I can remain calm and show that I
have the determination to do well at this school", so Galen entered
the auditorium quietly and sat down to listen what the principal is
talking about.
Raye clapped as she sees the first student, but then she sees a
male student and wonders, "Who is this student? Is here to do some
studies as I am?", Raye's face became stunned but soon remained
focused at the announcement of the students.
Galen looked at the female student who was looking at him, Galen
tried to wave Hello but his focus remained at the principal who was
calling the student's name.
