"Well if you aren't, I need you two to know something," the Liepard stopped smiling. "This place is...a bit dangerous. I mean, there are a ton of cool pokemon here but it'll be hard in some places, like battling. You guys need to avoid fighting, as you aren't exactly for fighting. No offence though.

"If you want to have an easy life here, you guys will probably have to make friends first. Beware of the bad pokemon here, they'll trick you into anything and eat you up," the Liepard paused. "Anyway, I have to head away. If you need anything, come back to this exact place and head to the right and then left. I run a club there," the Liepard smiled and left them, going into the darkness.

"Turns out things are harder here than I thought," Plus sighed.

Mel felt her anger rise.If I have to fight I will.She thinks to herself before turning back to Plus when she heard her sigh."Hey we will be fine here.After all we have eachother no?"She asks trying to raise Plus' spirits.

"Right! We also have that Liepard to help us!" Plus cheered. Within the Liepard's eye, she knew that the Liepard was someone to trust. "By the way, where do you want to head to now?" Plus asked.

Mel thinks for a few minutes before replying."Well we need a place to crash so we should find somewhere to call our own."Unlike her friend she didn't trust Spots.

Plus looked around and realized there were in an alleyway, the best way to find a home. "How about that box?" Plus suggested and ran up to it, knocking it down so the opening was in their direction. "I'll gather some paper so we can lay down," Plus cheered.

Mel smiled softly before quickly returning her expression to nuetral."Alright.I'll see if I can't find us anything to munch on."She turns and starts to head to the park hoping a few humans would have pity and give her some food.

Plus started gathering the bits and pieces of newspaper lying on the ground and threw them into the box, making a nest out of it. "This seems quite nice," Plus smiled and patted the nest again before jumping onto it.

Mel was in the park gathering berries when a pet Houndoom came over."My,my what is this?A young child pokemon scaverging for food?"The Houndoom says in a snobby voice.Mel looked up at the said Houndoom."And if so?"She questioned."Pokemon like you are such horrible blights on this perfect earth.I guess I just have to take of you."The Houndoom then bites Mel causing her to use Spark.The Houndoom lets go with a yelp causing the owner to come over.Mel uses this time to run back to Plus.She ignores how her shoulder twinges a little bit.When she sees Plus and the work she done she smiles."Nice work Plus."She says her face going back to its nuetral emotion.She gently places the berries that she had gathered within their new home."Sorry it's not much.They didn't have a lot in the park."

"Hey, that's enough to last us probably a lifetime," Plus smiled and laid down in their new home. "This is a decent start," Plus commented, "I mean, we met a new friend just around here." Spots was truly a nice Liepard, unlike the stories. She wondered how much she knew, though.

"I guess."Mel replied not sure if friend was the way she would describe Spots.She winced a bit feeling a wave of pain come from her left shoulder.Seems like that Houndoom had some bite in him.She thinks to herself as she sits in their makeshift home.

Finally, the sun rose and pushed out the dark, revealing a nice sunrise. Plus yawned and rubbed her eyes before getting up. "Hey, Mel," Plus mumbled, still sleepy.

Plus raced to the park and looked around, scavenging for food. She saw a machine that dispensed human food, in which Plus saw amazing. "Mel! Mel! Look at this!" Plus pointed at a vending machine.

Mel followed after Plus at a slower speed."What do you think it is?"She asked hitting the vending machine with her right hand.She jumped a bit when she dislodged a candy bar that had gotten stuck."Huh?"She hits at the flap before reaching inside and pulling it out."Think this is good for us to eat?"

"I think so," Plus said and bit off the wrapper. "This looks really good!" Plus's eyes sparkled. Plus quickly bit on the candy bar and smiled. "That was the best I ever had!" Plus cheered.

Mel broke a piece off and put it in her mouth.She moved it around before making a face,and turning around to spit it out."Yuck,that taste worst then a Chesto Berry!"She wipes at her mouth with her right hand."You can keep it.I'll stick with Berries."She tells Plus.She turns back around to look at Plus.She winces slightly at the pain from her left shoulder.Why is it still hurting?It should be fine by now?She gently touches it before pulling her hand back with a hiss.What is wrong with it?She frowns a bit before shaking her head.She will figure out what was wrong with it later.For now she needed to find some more berries.
