Drake runs through Route 18, and reached Couriway Town in record time. "For Venus, for everyone, for all the struggles I've overcame.." He says repeatedly, as his happiness faded into pure determination to become the champion. Drake's training with his pokemon became longer, and smiles became scarce to come across.

Venus smiled as she watched all of her friends go on with life.She watch as Drake and Selena became champions.Riko was studing to become a daycare owner.Parisa became the Kalos Queen."Lord Giratina?"She asked wanting to know if he was around."Yes my child.A powerful voice responded."Thank you for letting me watch over my friends...no not friends my family."

It was a happy and joyful past when started her adventure. She caught her first pokemon and smiled with her friends until she joined Team Flare. But all of that didn't matter now. She was going to start anew for Venus.
(should we timeskip to what they do in the future?)

"I have my team, my friends, and Venus.." He said, sorrowly. Then his determination sparked. "I can't lose...I've come so far to lose now. I Won't lose, Not Here, Not now, NOT EVER!!" Drake says Absy makes Mega Gardevoir faint. Drake quickly became the Kalos champion, about a week before Selena, and defends his title once against her. He then resigns as he decides to head to different regions and become a better trainer. He says goodbye to Selena, and Riko as he walks onto the boat taking him to Hoenn. From Hoenn he heads to Kanto, and continues to train.

Riko sighed as she looked at the disaster Venus's pokemon caused in her Daycare. "I swear to Arceus," Riko facepalmed. It had been years since the disaster happened. Riko strayed away from her friends after that and began to work as a young Daycare Owner.

She became champion about a week later, defending her title for years, until she put challenges on hold as she traveled to Alola.
For the first time, Selena was truly happy.
"You are the oceans grey waves, destined to seek, life beyond the shore, just out of reach..." she sang. "Lost in the waves, there glimmers, a pale blue stone. I think of you, all alone."
Later, Selena lost her title, but she had won the World Tournament and was world champion. She became the Professor of the Kalos region after Sycamore.
