'Last Post' Section not updating

The section which shows the last post in front of the 'Solved' tag in this very subforum does not update to change to the last post made in the 'Solved' Subforum.

For 21 days, it has not changed from 'Gem Cauldron Bug 2- by CatLady...

But the most recent post, which is found by clicking the 'Solved' button, the most recent thread is different...

And this bug's been there for a long time, so when it didn't change again, I decided to report it.

EDIT:
I've also noticed that the 'Newest Posts' section on the main forum page also does not update. I'll provide screenshots if someone needs to see them.
