does anyone know why litten won't evolve? bulbapedia says evolve starts at level 17 i think but mine is at 31 now. did i miss something?

Owlett , my favorit animals are owls.. and it ended up being a grass starter. which is even more perfect, because i always pick the grass starter xD

Popplio and Rowlet are definitely the cutie patooties that I'd love to use! In fact, in my Sun playthrough I used both Primarina and Decidueye! I could never choose between them.

Rowlet, because it is so adorable and after evolving also part ghost, how awesome is that? Definetely my favourite starter from that gen :3

Water never was my favourite type, so firstly I excluded that seal.. what was it? Popplio.
So after that, choosing from Litten and Rowlet, I definitely took Rowlet. That's the 2nd grass starter after Chikorita I like the most.
