Many people around the world come to this place for it's education!
However, there is a strange rumor going that the teachers never age, and call each other by their respected country name in secret!
Enough of the gossip, I am your principal , Romulus Vargas!
But all you students call me Grandpa Rome alright~?
Anyways, a few rules!

1. Follow all PH rules
2. I am admin and mod, and the staff are nations.
3. Please do not control other characters that are not your own.( No god modding)
4. Each user can only create 3 original characters that haven't graduated.
5. No explicit activity and please censor swear words. (Hell is okay)
6. DOn't be the same
8. A new year starts when there are around over 50 pages.(and when I feel like it)
9. No spamming. If you graduate you can leave to college and create a new character.(Or a student teacher...)
10. (Last one!) If you violate any rules more than 3 times, you will be expelled.

Personality: Miiko is a shy girl and doesn't really hang around other people much. Most of the time she is just sitting against a wall and reading a book but at other times she could be just leaning against a wall. She is easily made curious, easily scared and Miiko is sometimes kind of playful t only when she's in a very good mood.
