Far away, lies a planet that inhabits a superhuman species know as Gems.

Might you be one of them? Oh, then welcome to the world of Gems, newcomer! Perhaps you may form a team in a case of matter, or discover the secrets beyond the world of Gems and Earth...

Rules

Show hidden content

1. No godmodding.
2. No bunnying.
3. The gem can't be the same as an existing gem, but things like having a gem on your character's forehead (like Pearl) is okay.
4. All PH rules apply
5. No swear words allowed, but rage words such as damn, dang, etc. are allowed.
6. Note that the Crystal Gems do not exist in this RP.
7. Kindergartens and all warp pads are active in this RP, as well as the Gem Oasis being active and alive.
8. There are parasites and invading Gems everywere, s go knock yourself out :P

Agua looked around , of corse she had been fighing a monster and somehow ended up ... were was she ? she was on a beach and the waves lapped at her legs " huh odd , how did I get here ? " she glanced to her right and imedity turned into a blue dog . " a human .. well then , might aswell stay hidden " she thought as she ran off , the human yelling " ITS A BLUE DOG !" after her.

Aqua ran over to an area full of clifs and saw something move out of the corner of her eye , she hunched down looked over the rock to see and someone yelled " what going on here !" ....

[I'm thinking we start with all our characters in Beach City, so it's easier to interact.]

Sapphire sat by the coast of the beach, just to watch the calm waves overlap each other and wash over the soft white sand. The sky was a soft, pale blue, and there wasn't a cloud in there. She glanced over to see another Gem (surprisingly,) one that she could guess would be Aquamarine. It was really her only chance of interaction in Beach City. "Hey! Wait up!" She called at the Gem, and an towards it. "Are you a Gem too?!" She asked, still running towards the Aquamarine Gem.

It took Sapphire a bit to answer the talkative Gem. "Sapphire." She replied firmly. "... And I'm blue too, so you can't assure that the only blue-colored Gem is an aquamarine..." She added a bit numbly, her right hand touching her back where her smooth dark blue gem was. How did you end up here in Beach City? Sapphire wanted to ask, but she wasn't quite the one for useless dares. Sapphire stayed in her dominate form, even though she was really tempted to turn into her regular calico cat (it made her feel more fit in and relaxed).
She glanced over at the way the other cat-gem was pointing, and resisted to shrug (since Aqua was on her shoulder; this made her feel a bit uneasy). It made Sapphire a bit uncomfortable when someone touched her, might as well... turn into a cat and climb on her shoulder--of course, that never really happened too often.

Sapphire shrugged (now rather freely), being used to the human crowds gaping at her whenever she summoned a weapon. Unusually, Sapphire's skin wasn't the color of a pale sky-blue or even a blue at all--it was a simple, olive skin color that let her blend in finely with the rest of Beach City. Her weapon, however, was double bladed, blue, and was deadly.
"You'll get used to it eventually. I mean, it'll be harder for you because your skin is blue, but... You'll earn some reputation." Sapphire assured. "I don't know why, though. Your a cat and I'm pretty much a female human teenager. Nothing wrong with that..." She murmured, glancing back at the crowd.

Sapphire shook her head only a tiny bit. "No, it's okay. Your not annoying. It's ever so rare when other beings talk to me," she said honestly, ignoring the dark hair that slid over her shoulder and half-covered her face.
"And I guess I live here..." She added, although a confused touch to it.

( I thought I'd jut rp becuse I just watched a LOT of Steven universe, and I changed a bit of her desine ..)
" that's cool, I haven't really talked to to many people ( or gems whatever ) lately ... Honestly it was getting boreing " agua said as she transformed back int her normal form and sat on the sand. " I just washed up her a few minutes ago but I guess it seems cool " she said , turning back to sapphire, the sun started to set and the leaping of the waves was rather calming ...

Sapphire shrugged, and began to think about the Gem Oasis that had been previously restored and the place where most gems were born. Sapphire was born in a Kindergarten. She was rather wild, even though most people assumed she was something like calm-mannered and elegant because of her appearance. Sapphire sometimes had the urge to be brutal towards humans, but she kept it inside. It was just the parasite-y thoughts she was programmed to have. Sapphire was only shy when she was with the ones she didn't trust.
For some reason, she felt like she could trust Aquamarine. Don't trust her. Where did that get you last time? A voice in her head repeated. Suddenly, she felt the brush of soft fur on her thigh and looked down to see her parasite cat-like partner, River. Sapphire looked up at Aquamarine. "This is River. She's my best friend," Sapphire said, patting River's head. The parasite was the size of a mountain leopard.

(Yeah, I pretty much changed my character too... You should post your new character's form here. I'll do it with mine, since most people probably didn't subscribe the singup.

Age (literal): 20,867 (So young for a gem...)

Abilities: Sapphire's abilities are like all gems, but she can also summon sapphire crystals out of the ground and reform them. Sapphire can also fly.
Gem: Sapphire
Weapon: A large double-sided scythe with a firm dark-blue handle and a sky-blue blade. There is a gem-like blue diamond on the bottom of the handle
Other: She has a cat-like pet (which is a parasite, born in the same Kindergarten as she was) that has long, sharp claws. The cat can change its size. Cat looks like this:

" well I for one love cats " agua said as she put her hand infront of the blue cat to see how it would react ( that's what I do when i meet cats in rl , I don't pet them right away..) " I had some friends once but ... I don't know if I will see them ever again..." Agua said quietly as she stared at the ground and tryed not to think about the past . Suddenly she noticed something, or more like nothing "hey wait, a second ago I heard crickets ... Now it's gone silent" no sound other than their breathing and the lapping of the waves it was just to quite Agua shuddered and looked up from the ground " do you see any--- "

Before saying anything, Sapphire's eyes glanced down at Aqua's outstretched hand. It was dangerously close to River's sharp teeth, so swiftly Sapphire's hand zipped off her elbows and grabbed River's soft-furred scruff tightly. She looked down at her her hand, which was sky-blue and had a black finger-less glove that barely reached up to her elbow. Finger-less gloves, in Sapphire's experience, were actually rather useful. She felt the vibration tingle in River's throat, and heard the soft growl escape the mountain-cat-sized parasite's mouth.
Sapphire gripped harder, and slightly pulled her companion back. River's luminous gold eyes looked rather offended and hostile. "River isn't a cat. She's a parasite, but a slightly tamed one. River isn't really used to... um... living beings other than me..." Sapphire scraped for words that made the situation the least awkward it could get. Sapphire then looked up in sync with River.

" sorry, I've just never seen one before " agua said in an emarased / odd voice as though she might be lying, as she moved her hand and glanced at river envade ing her eyes as not to upset her " UH so what now " said agua as she fought to keep herself from thinking about what happened a long time ago, there was just something that remined her of a really long time ago, though she just didn't know what it was. Agua glanced over and saw the water ripple in an odd way, it seemed as though something large was under the surface, juge ng from how deep the water was and how big the ripples were " do you see that ?" Agua said in a questioning tone as she stared at the ripples in the darknening night ...
