Pokemon: Gardevoir (Shiny)

Name: Sephora / Sephra for short

Gender: Female

Appearance: Shiny Gardevoir with carmine eyes. (If it's ok) She wears a silver necklace with a spiky wreck ball hanging from it (the ball is black, and the spikes are silver), the necklace contains a Gardevoirite which allows her to mega evolve (obviously). She is very slender and fragile.

Personality: On the outside she's a very sweet, nice, and charming pokemon to meet. But her thoughts are very complex, while she is thinking about what she's doing, she also describes her surroundings, assesses threats, develops her next plan, and sometimes other things. She's very picky or selective, but usually tries to be as honest and sweet as possible to gain others loyalty. She's a very vengeful pokemon, never forgetting who did what and most of the time never forgiving them. She uses her carmine gaze to threaten others. More TBS :D.

Magic Abilities:
She can produce a white mist that allows her to shapeshift into anything she has seen (including plants, bugs, etc) and use its abilities as if they were her own, she can also directly copy the abilities without the need for shapeshifting, though abilities cannot be stacked.
She can also pass through solid objects and become part of it, this cannot be done with dragons. So basically she can go through a tree and stay inside it, although this means that if the tree is broken she will receive high damage unless she exits it quickly (can do it with shadows too).
She can also use the mist as a poison that enters a dragon's body through wounds (blood) or eyes and causes them to slowly paralyze, it may be counteracted through drinking water. If injected through claws, spikes, or fangs, it will paralyze and slowly act as an acid where it was injected, consuming hat part of the body.

All of these effects except the one in bold are disabled when she is wet or drinking water.
