Kobra is rather easygoing and relaxed. He usually likes to keep to himself, but doesn't mind company. While he prefers to be alone, he cares for the wellbeing of others. However, when presented with something that has a decent chance of getting himself injured, he'll be stubborn and be a little fearful with said dangerous thing, especially if it includes endangering others. If the situation needs all the help of everyone and that includes him, he'll (reluctantly) join in and fight for the cause, like this. Whenever he's in a situation like this, he'll be a little pessimistic and really cautious of his surroundings to scout out traps and any sign of danger. Whenever it comes to battling, he's not always the best at strategies, but he's able to come up with tricks using his moves and abilities if he can figure out an opponent's weaknesses and strengths and how to counter it with his strengths and weaknesses.

Used to use him in a PokePark RP.
The moves he uses are Iron Tail (egg move), Poison Sting, Glare, and Wrap.
The general reason why he usually doesn't want to get into anything dangerous is mainly because of an incident that wounded him (also before he was going to move out of his home to live somewhere else). Not only he doesn't want a matching giant scar to cover his other half of his face, but if anyone was close to him, he feels like he's going to hurt them too. Again, he's concerned for the wellbeing of others, whether it's physically or mentally. I'll remove this if this is considered edgy.

This is still in development but so far he's a bit of an airhead. He's somewhat indecisive and a bit forgetful. However, he's generally passive and relaxed most of the time. He's a bit gullible, but if he can come up with decent strategies and some other stuff if he gets himself together. Oh, he also sucks at describing things, like how I suck at describing his personality without making it sound stupid. Especially at the gullible part.

He is native to Johto and went to Unova once. He was pretty close to beating the Elite Four, until he somehow screwed something up. He kinda gave up on trying to be a Champion and decided to give out tips to inexperienced trainers, if he could remember some of the tips that is. Also gave some tips in Unova.
