~Sly~'s Frosmoth egg is beautiful just like its source Pokémon :D and kelbunny13's are just amazing in general.

edit: The color space for my original uploads was altered because they were converted to sRGB - it washed them out & made the colors lighter, which really hurt the overall contrast & the faithfulness to the source material - so that has been corrected.

Yesterday during the x3 day, I made over 33,000 interactions (and - thankfully - took a screenshot just before reset as a memento).

I was excited to see what kind of a crazy peak this would create in my interaction graphs, but unfortunately. . .

When I mouse over the spot for April 4th on the weekly calendar, it states "Interactions: 0." Of interesting note is the odd dip in the graph just before it. I have no idea if that's related; it could just be caused by the prior drop in the graph from the 2nd to the 3rd.

Whatever the case, this seems to be some sort of glitch.

Not gonna lie, a bit disappointed that there was no prize for getting All 20 this year. Getting 18 was really easy for me (got them without a site map of any sorts); the last two were the only serious challenge and it would have been nice to be rewarded for that.

I guess it was done to create a margin of error in case one of the eggs was actually unobtainable (or just unfair to expect people to find), but it makes the really obscure eggs on old event pages and such far less important.

(I do really like both of the event Pokemon though)

So, I've just set up my Mayflash GameCube Controller Adapter with my PC and have been testing its limitations. Using the program JoyToKey, I'm able to set keyboard controls to each button on the controller.

Are there any issues using this for interacting in terms of cheating ("use of external software to simplify any feature in this game")? What if I set multiple buttons to left click so that I can spam-click more quickly?

I should probably note (not having thought about this initially when I posted) that the software does in fact have a "repeat 'x' number of times per second feature, where one can hold down a button and have it continue to click as long as you are doing so. I assume that this, at least, would be cheating, but I'd like to confirm.

	At the very least, as you mentioned they look very alike as well. I'm not sure if it would be as effective, but an easier fix from the site perspective would be a simple color change to the button(s), to make them stand out from one another. [Read more]

Still feel like this should have a cap. Pure randomness like this usually ends up with 1-2 players who really do their fair share of interacting not getting what they deserve.

If it were me, I'd automatically give a Shaymin to anyone who reaches 100,000 interactions (maybe even 50,000; I realize that's low for some players, but it's still a lot for the majority). After that it could be totally random, but especially with this many prizes this time around it would be nice to have something guaranteed.

@CatLady - thanks for the confirmation: THOUGH IT'S NO LONGER NEEDED :D

I found the last couple eggs! The block really came around 12 - 13: at that point I really had to start being methodical; the last one actually ended up being one of the easiest since the first ten.

There are some lists floating around the feeds that link to huge lists of pages from the site, including some that may be hard to find the original links to. Considering they are from well before the event and literally just provide links to every single page on the site that they can find (as opposed to specifically ones known to have eggs), they're within the rules so far as I can tell.

These lists won't give you everything, but they give a lot of the more obscure pages (which newer members may have no idea exist), and may help jump-start your brain with other new places to look as well. I highly recommend them.

I've been looking forward to this, being a fairly new member. However, I have a couple of generalized questions on the subject:

1. I know that eggs can be found in specific news articles and other forum posts, but can they appear on specific PAGES of said posts?

2. Can Eggs be limited by certain tasks, like doing a specific number of interactions or getting a certain distance through / completing difficulties of the Royal Tunnel?

3. Are there any eggs that would only be possible to obtain on certain dates during the event (I heard about an egg in the task page for the Beauty Contest in a previous year, for example)?

4. Can eggs appear on specific pages of places like the GTS, Auction House, Dream World Shop (not the tasks page or anything - more specific regional tabs), specific regions in the Pokedex, etc.?
