James has short wavy white hair and violet eyes. He's tall for his age, which makes him look even more intimidating than he already looks.

Usually wears traditional wizard robes when outside the school, oftentimes with the Swift Family Crest present in front. (A Nightingale is the Swift Family Crest)
Personality:
James may appear cold and unyielding when you first meet him, but truthfully he's just awkward and shy. Once you get to know him, he is a good friend and someone you can trust.

Constantly tries to prove himself worthy of the name Swift, which is the main reason he was sorted into Lattiera.

Son of a good friend of the Swifts and a Half Blood wizard, hence his blood status. It's not widely known though.

There's a very well known Legend in the world. It's called "The Gift of Love." What, you don't know it? I suppose I could spare some time to tell you.

Long ago, back when humans lacked means to communicate with each other from great distances, people complained to the Goddess of Love. They said they could never find the "one", because their soulmate might pass them by and they'd never realize it, or be unable to contact them ever again.

They wanted a way to know their soulmates on sight, so they'd be able to settle down with them. The Goddess of Love, feeling touched by their reason, granted their wish. From then on, a sentence appeared on a Person's wrist when they became of age. The writing dictated the very first sentence that person's soulmate would ever say to them, so people would always be able to recognize their soulmate.

I have no idea if the legend is true, but we do have these writings on our wrists. I see you've just matured, haven't you? Well, good luck finding your soulmate kid. Sometimes it's easy; the first sentence could be so ridiculous you'll know your soulmate the minute you hear it. Others can be more ordinary; a simple "hello" or an "excuse me", so it'd be harder. But we always find our soulmates in the end, no matter how long it takes, so I wouldn't worry if I were you.

History:
Corrie and her older (adoptive) brother James lived with their parents. Corrie has no memory of life before James, and thinks he's her real brother. She lived a relatively normal life, and now writing has appeared on her wrist... She's, uh, understandably a bit freaked out. It's one thing to see writing on other People's wrists, helping them find their soulmates. It's another to have it appear on yours.

Personality: Corrie is a childish, carefree girl. She can be annoying at times because she never seems to stop talking, like she has something against silence. She has a short attention span, the main reason she hates studying. Is nearly always switching interests.

History:
James remembers his real mother very well, Marie White. She... Wasn't the best parent. The woman did try, but she just wasn't parent material. To make things even worse, she often verbally lashed out when in a bad mood or angry. In those episodes she would scream that she wished she had never given birth to him and more. Sometimes it became physical, though that was rare. After that she would apologize, and James never could figure out how he felt about her. Hate? Love?

Marie passed away in a car accident when James was eight. As he had no other relatives, he was taken to an orphanage, where he was fortunate enough to get adopted by the Adams. He lived with them until he was 19, before he moved out and bought an apartment of his own. He still visits often though.

Personality: An intimidating invidual, with his height and seemingly cold personality, James is actually very sweet and kind. The reason he seem so cold is because he keeps a tight lid on his emotions, (especially his temper) for fear of lashing out at someone. It takes a lot to get a rise out of him. However, once he does get really angry, his emotions have the habit of exploding, which would make him feel guilty afterwards.
