Kona looked shocked and grabbed Rose's hands out of the excitement. ''You are the tribe leader!? I am so happy you are finally the leader! Your mother did not deserve the position compared to you! How amazing! You are the Tribe Leader and this is the Dragon Leader.'' She smiled releasing her hands. ''I am so happy for you. You will lead this tribe into a wonderful direction.''

Stryke laughed looking at the teeth. ''You do have fangs!" He chuckled. ''I welcome you here, Fang! Know that I would never hurt a dragon and never have wanted to.'' He sighed. ''I promise... I just thought dragons forever hated humans as you ignored us...turns out you needed a bond! A fairy tale thought!''

Kona bowed her head with a small smile to Rose. ''I thank you, I truly do. I tried to reason with them...but your mother didn't say anything nor did the people with her.'' She sighed. ''I thank you.'' She looked towards Sapphire, astonishment crossing her face. She was amazed to know that Rose was able to bond with a dragon. ''Look, that one is bringing more dragons!'' She saw Kalores and the various other dragons following Sapphire. ''Which one is yours? The blue one?"

Stryke looked so excited hearing Fang and laughed. ''I can hear you! We bonded! I bonded with a dragon! I bonded with you! I bonded! What is your name, dragons have names of course! I am Stryke, Rose's father. '' He had to be formal.

Stryke looked at Fang again, pointing at him. ''Can you talk?"

Kona shook her head before she realized the dragons. ''Oh my goodness. Are you sure she wasn't angry other those?" She pointed at Draig then looked at Fang hearing Stryke. ''You found the dragons.''

Kona smiled through her tears at Rose so thankful to have her as a friend.”I cannot repay you for your kindness...I cannot. I do not understand what is wrong with people and they just turn on you. I should truly ask if you are alright. Your mother had to have blown up on you to go after me. Oh, I hope I didn’t cause any of this.” She glances around and noticed part of the villagers are missing.

Stryke was beyond concerned when he heard Fang.”Am I thinking in a different voice? Did that just change the voice in my head?” He thanked Fang for helping him to his feet.”Thank you dragon, thank you.” He was trying to get the voice back by talking to himself. At least he thought he was talking to himself, he didn’t know too much about bonds.

Sarkany's excitement died as she looked at her mother with disappointment. ''The humans will not give me a sheep. They will just laugh at me.'' She grumbled.

Kalores rose up and nuzzled Sarkany, before placing her on her back and grabbing Kanguard. ''Come on now, we are going to the human village.''

Kanguard was surprised following after Kalores as she brought the small dragon to her side. He spread his little wings and began to fly after Kalores who followed Sapphire. He glances into Ratholas cave seeing the other dragon firmly stay still.

Ratholas was trying to muster up his strength to go back to the humans.

Kona was rather ragged and would have bruises the following day. ''They burnt down my hut!" She cried. ''Your mother sent men out looking for you and this one returned...he attacked me...then he burnt down the hut! Your mother told him!" She was in despair.

Stryke fell back on his back with a bright light nearly blinding him. ''What was that?!"

Ratholas cringed hearing Sapphire, as he knew he had to face the humans. They just brought back terrible memories and he wasn't sure how Sapphire was handling her emotions. He was a sensitive dragon when it came to family.

Sarkany exploded with joy, running out with glee. ''Does that mean I get to have all the sheep I ever want?!" She cried happily.

Kona came running back in despair. ''Rose! Rose!''

Kovu decided that he was going to help Rose's father as well when he wanted his dragon back.

Stryke was almost hollow inside after losing his wife and having his daughter merely rejected by her as well. He decided he would do what he can for his daughter even with the pit in his stomach. ''I will help with that. Hopefully more dragons will bond with the people here and expand our connections.'' He smiled before heading off to do as he said he would.

Kalores poked out her head, looking at Sapphire with surprise. ''Humans...accepting us?"

Roda and the others had left with all they could carry on their backs. They were heading to another tribe that would be against dragons. Roda knew this, as she once loved the Tribe Leader's son there before she chose Stryke.

Draig bowed his head before looking at the humans. If he was completely on the humans side then maybe Sapphire would truly notice him. By then he would hope that humans elsewhere would attack his mate and there be another accident with his hatchling.

Ratholas stayed in his cave contemplating life while Kalores watched her hatchling and adopted hatchling closely after finding out that Zeek was one.

Stryke agreed as he could allow that to happen. ''Then that is the reason for bloodshed. I know he killed a dragon...but he will get what comes to him later on.'' He sighed before watching Cyrus take off. ''Rose, I think I am going to step down and you can become Tribe Leader without having to be married...I will ignore what your mother had wanted.''

Stryke shook his head, he didn't want anymore bloodshed. ''I just rather have him run out of the village. I know he just wants power, but I don't think we should have him murdered. He still has his son...we have had enough bloodshed.''

Draig looked at Fang before at Sapphire. ''She tried her hardest...the both of them did...but some are not believing it.''

Stryke was beyond hurt at how his wife acted. He loved her with all his heart and that was how she repaid him. He was stuck in a trance just seeing her go before looking at Rose.”Cyrus apparently killed the dragon. She didn’t believe me when I spoke about Hunter and him.”

Kovu looked at a few people that were going to leave with Roda.”Please rethink this! Please.” He began to beg a few families.

Draig was amazed by the sight and smiled towards Sapphire and Rose. He loved the dragon more and more, hating his mate even more.

Roda laughed when her husband left her side. ''You two are pathetic, watch the village burn before your eyes.'' She looked at a few people that gathered at her side in place of her husband. ''Those who believe in my cause, leave with me. Those who are staying for a death sentence...stay.'' The ones who planned on leaving dispersed while Roda narrowed her eyes at the two. ''Have fun in a village that will only be destroyed.'' She left to gather her own things.

Roda narrowed her eyes at Stryke. ''If you dare go to Rose, I never want to see you again.''

Stryke looked at the dragon, wanting to believe her fully wanting to believe his daughter fully. So he moved to Sapphire, taking her claw and smiling a bit. ''I hope this means friendship.''

People went silent, a few even stepped to Roda knowing that she was leaving. Some were obviously on her side while others were interested in this new situation.

Roda was standing firm. ''You are banned from the village, Rose. I will not tolerate you anymore. We shall not trust the dragons.'' She kept her angry tone. ''I am still the leader and dragons are not allowed. I do not care if the dragon didn't attack me, it could be a show. I am done arguing with you, you must leave. You as well for standing up to me, Kovu or face being locked up.''

Stryke looked at his people again before frowning. ''Roda, let them at least try. Please trust Rose.'' He said quietly. ''It will end the argument.''

Stryke was proud of his daughter, though wasn't sure what to do about his wife. She had hurt his heart nearly breaking it after their little fight. However, he wasn't so sure he trusted dragons after becoming Tribe Leader early due to the death of his parents at the claws of dragons. ''Roda, please stop!"

Roda shoved him back from her, narrowing her eyes at Rose before looking at the people. ''Can't you see this child is putting you all at risk? Trying to bring in dragons that could turn on us at any moments, destroying our families, destroying our lives! Dragons cannot be trusted!" She yelled after her daughter spoke. ''No one is to trust Rose, she doesn't think about others around her but herself in 'loving' dragons. That is insane! I will never leave knowing that you would take over, Rose."

Kovu looked at the faces of the people that were trusting Rose while he could see others on Roda's side. ''Please listen to Rose! She can stop this war and make this tribe safe! Roda can no longer be a leader when she wants war.''

Roda slapped Rose. ''I will not stand down to a foolish child who thinks she knows best. You will never become Tribe Leader.'' She glances at the two that she had previously sent after Rose. ''Get her! Kill the dragons!" She demanded, the two men went to tackle Rose to get her immobile. The others that didn't trust dragons then were arming themselves to kill the dragons.

Stryke went after Roda, grabbing his wife by the shoulder. ''No! Leave the dragons alone! Leave Rose alone!" He begged of his wife.

Kovu shoved one of the men that tried to grab Rose. ''Back off, leave her alone!"

Draig didn't know what to do, but moved closely to Sapphire to protect her if he had to.

Draig narrowed his eyes at the human that threatened to attack them, watching Sapphire's every move as well as Rose's.

Kovu was just standing there motionless, furious at Roda for saying what she was to Rose.

Roda then pointed to the forest. ''Then leave. I will not have a disobedient daughter any longer in this village. You are no longer allowed back unless you agree to marry the one that killed the dragon or stay away from the dragons.''

Roda came close to Rose, crossing her arms over her chest. ''You do not have a bond with a dragon, Rose. You are insane! Though-.''' She smiled. ''Doesn't matter, you are still marrying the man that killed the dragon. Dragons will never be on our side and don't need to ambush us to take us over. They stay here any longer, they shall be killed.'' She warned.

Ratholas sighed as that was rather hard for him to understand. Every time he saw a human he naturally wanted to growl or glare, it will be a large adjustment. ''Thank you, Fang. I will try my hardest. Though of all dragons, I wished he bonded with you. I am sure Sapphire is furious with me.''

Roda began to approach her daughter, shaking her head. ''Dragons are not to be trusted!" She declared. ''We shall never trust dragons till the day the world ends! Remember that they killed our families without even one care! There is no way they would have changed from killing us to wanting friendship! We even had another dragon about to attack this morning and a brave man took it down before it could kill us!'' She was not going to let her daughter stand up to her.

Kovu looked at Rose before he glared at Roda. ''We will not have any death if we become friends with them!"

Ratholas nodded a bit. ''I will try then...but I shall be a bit apprehensive.'' He said quietly. ''I hope this war shall stop.''
