I understand what you want but why for eggs? on PFQ you can't EXP lock an egg just the Pokemon and if you had said EXP lock for the pokemon and not eggs I'm sure people would have said yes but I think that Pokemon in the boxes should not get any EXP when interacted but you can still interact with them
I personally would love to have a Lv.1 Pokemon on here but sadly can't

I think the amount of time is fine just make it where you can make up to the max amount that you can so like if you have enough to make 30 you can make up to 30 of that said item you need for the order

How would they know how much he weighs just by looking at a picture? Because people can and most times get the weight wrong just by looking
Plus if anything was wrong the first people to know may be the ones he works with

How I choose my bias are:
Acting: How they act in their MVs
Looks: How their hair looks and what they're wearing (Not all the time)
Vocals: How they sound when singing (Not all the time tho)
Dancing: If they're dancing cute and/or sexy (this goes along with Acting)

Then after that's done the last part is how they are with their other band/group members or other band/group members which always seem to be the type I like in a person

I'm sorry if this sounds rude but I have questions about it
1. What is it used for?
2. Why is the price so high for one?
3. why does it need 3 AAA batteries for something that is priced high but looks cheep?
4. why didn't it come with batteries?
5. Why does it look like it can be used as a flashlight

I'm not trying to be rude or anything these are things I came up with when I saw the item and to be honest I think it should be priced at $10-$15 because it looks like it will break once it hits a hard surface

It's just confusing to me
