(This is just a short little story I came up with, and far from my best work. Whatever, I hope you guys enjoy it!)

A cold breeze whipped through the empty streets of Queens, New York. It was Christmas Eve, after all, so it was only natural that families stayed in for the holidays. Of course, Peter Parker wasn't any natural person. The complete opposite, in fact, for a number of reasons. He was extremely well known for always being severely late to things, almost missing his own birthday party. This started happening when he became Spider-Man. Being a crime-fighting superhero wasn't the easiest feat, and it especially couldn't happen whenever Pete wanted it to, (If he was to be honest with himself, Parker actually enjoyed fighting criminals.) not to mention his occasional work with the Avengers made him busy as ever, though Mr. Stark was very adamant on reminding him that he wasn't a real Avenger.

The brunette walked--no--ran, as fast as his skinny legs could muster, as well as juggling several large bags and boxes all in beautiful Christmas colors, each intricately wrapped to mere perfection. Hazel eyes filled with impatience and worry would glance around at all the stores, many of which were either closing or already closed. Quickening his pace, Peter would finally reach the store he was searching for, and just in time, too, as the shopkeeper was starting to close up shop. Glancing up, the storefront would read in big, gold letters, 'JEWELRY'. The Jewler would welcome him in, beaming at the boy. "Welcome, welcome! Now, what can I do for you, young man?" Leaning over to him, Parker would mutter something into the man's ear, who would suddenly burst into laughter. "Yes, yes, of course I can do that for you!" At his response, Peter grinned.

May would be sitting in an armchair by the fireplace, looking down as she thought to herself. It had been about two months since she'd seen Peter, as he was out doing.. What did he call it? 'intern work' with Tony Stark. And by the way it sounded, he'd be gone for another 5 months with them. Sure, she was happy for her nephew, of course, but she couldn't help but miss him. As she stood up to turn off the fireplace, deciding her Christmas was done, there would be the sound of her front door opening, footsteps echoing through the hall as they neared her, ever so closer. Peter would be standing there, holding a small box. Taking it, the box would be revealed to have held a small, gold-chained locket. Inside was a picture of her late husband, Ben, her, and little Peter. Tears would begin to well up in the poor woman's eyes as she turned, hugging her nephew as hard as she could. "Merry Christmas, Aunt May."

Hey everyone! As the title says, I'm currently looking for a 1x1 RP partner! We can discuss about what to do the RP on, but just know I'm very flexible and willing to RP just about anything (if I know what I'm RPing about, of course.) I'm about, I'd say semi-literate? I type between a few paragraphs to a few sentences depending on the moment in the RP, though I try my best to type paragraphs and be descriptive.
