Hopefully my body doesn't shake a bit and my breathing stays entirely normal when I get near the registers up front tomorrow! My body doesn't react well to things that make me think of bad things. Close feeds, but I was trying to place what Pokémon Zace from Dragalia Lost would be if he was a Pokémon, and I've decided it's Alolan Marowak. He fights with the bones of those he cares about and is a Shadow attribute unit. In his story, he asks one of the main characters if he can have one of her bones when she dies and she agrees to give one to him because the church doesn't need ALL of her bones and he wants to make her bone into a weapon so he'll think of her whenever he sees/uses it. It's SO pure, but spooky! XD

I went to the school closest to where I now work but I'm not a Wildcat like many of the people around here might know the mascot for the school to be nowadays. My last year there was the last year that we were Stars. Which is REALLY uplifting compared to Wildcats, honestly. And Wildcats wasn't even the most picked option because Wizards was the top choice given but it was considered "too religious" and would offend one small group of people so they decided they couldn't make it that. Mind you, East High (where most of those kids go for high school) is unofficially the Scarlets, which is a SUPER racist term and no one has any qualms over THAT and it's way more relevant of an insult than Wizard is. If someone calls you a wizard in the real world, you think "I'm doing awesome, they're amazed with me, how great is that" but if someone calls you a scarlet then it's time to put up your fists because that's straight up an insulting term and was MADE to be one. RIP

Sometimes I forget this, but I guess my dad's side of the family skipped thr baby boomer generation because my grandma was having kids late before it was cool, lol
This means that while many people my age have boomer grandparents, I have a silent generation grandma as the only grandparent I've ever known from that side of the family, and only 3 grandparents that are boomers from my mom's side. (Biological grandparents were divorced before my favorite aunt graduated high school, but for most of my life my grandpa was engaged to the person I consider my grandma on that side of the family)

I can't describe what it's like to have BOTH of my parents talking about how they think they're going to die within a few years. My dad's got various health concerns and my mom's job is destroying her health between the stress and the shoulder injury which they caused due to making her work outside when the weather was awful so the school district could have a single unimportant meeting. So yeah. Neither of my parents are even at retirement age, btw, not that my mom could garaunteed retire at retirement age with our economy anyway.
