About Me

Pokemon fan since '98. Playing as Rapidash in the playground and begging mom to take me every allowance day to the local Card shop.

Now I'm in my 30's and still get as excited about the games and collectibles. As I love penguins, Piplup is one of my favorites.. though only in looks lol

in game favorites depend on what kind of party i am trying to build...

Currently between pokemon games at the moment, but I can't wait for Legends and the reboots of Diamond and Pearl!!

Update on the SO. Finally was able to leave the ER 16 hrs after arriving. Turns out he has a new bulging disc in his neck that wasn’t there when they did surgery on him in August. So he’s in pain meds and steroids until we see his doc on Monday.

8 hrs after getting to the ER, I had to come home and sleep. SO is waiting to hear from doc still. My mom has been staying with us and is going to pick him up when he gets released. I just hope they figure out pain relief for him. Good “night” y’all.

Glad I wasn't in a rush for dinner.... My SO and I made a casserole last week and put it in the freezer for today since I was having a procedure... the recipe says at an oven temp of 350F it would take an hour.. we put a thermometer in at the 60min mark and the core reading was 65F *face palm* so now the oven is 375F and hopefully we'll eat soon.

With my mom here through Dec 11th, I’m at a point I don’t care that I’m 98% sure I’m going to fail the Rowan quest. Thank goodness I got all 4 event pokemon/plushies before that is up.

Almost finished cooking our Thanksgiving “feast”. Using mostly new recipes for the turkey and gravy, fingers crossed they taste good!!
