This Gible is young.
He isn't very smart and he likes to take naps in shady areas while munching on berries, and is oblivious to most kinds of strong emotions towards him or others. He likes to avoid fighting, but if he has to fight then he will! He can't speak in full human yet, just in Pokemon. He tries to, though. It doesn't end up well about half the time :,)
