Okay, I don’t even care about if it’s shiny or not. Victini means I win. Always. And it’s extremely exploitable. If someone wants to make a bet with you, it’s basically unlimited power. "I bet that [any ridiculous thing]" means that you WILL win this and to win this, it basically HAS to happen. Victini is just straight up overpowered.
