@poland The only time we'd be battling within the group would be training/practice sessions before battling another group. I guess we could set up a schedule for training, but first we need to challenge other groups.
Regarding the shop: I totally agree with that. I would have full knowledge of how many points people earn, so they won't be able to claim they never got points. The 3 mods for this club (you, me, and AuraAbsol) can police that, making sure users aren't trying to get more Rocket Points than they need. I think that we should charge points to enter the raffle (not a lot, maybe 5 points per ticket) and then raffle off all the points spent on the raffle. The contribution part probably wouldn't earn a lot of points for anyone but myself, because I've been doing a lot of new feature creating recently. XD
I'm not sure how a "Member of the Month" would work. Like, I know what is it, but I bet a lot of people would get upset if certain users who were positively contributing more than the others got the award multiple months in a row. We should probably wait to do that until we have more members. I would rather have a staff vote, because 1) we'll have more staff when we get more members and 2) people would tell others to vote for them/vote for themselves, etc. I guess those can just be put in the rules and if you do it you lose the title, but it would still be better for just the staff because... it just feels more appropriate.

what if the Battles happened on Pokemon Showdown instead of PH Vs Seeker? you know, it would be kind of unfair to users who have been for a long time here have strong Pokemon and newer users have weak. Also, Battle System here is kind of terrible.

As for the member of the month, easily fixable especially once we start to get more members. You can have a rule that you can only win once let's say within the year (or half year whatever will work best), so 12 different winners in total. But again this will only work well once the club has a lot more members, like you are looking at at least 15+ members, not including the staff and also assuming the club stays active for the duration of PH being active. So this feature I'd say bring in once the club is up and running and on it's feet. And if we get a whole bunch of new members that stay active that can be changed from a month to bi-weekly.
The only thing I have against staff is that people can become bias as well, that will always be there. So what if it's the members that nominate helpful and positive members of the group to become member of the month, outlining why they should receive the award? Something like that anyways.

I don't really know how Showdown works, but if it is how I understand it to be-- making a team entirely from scratch-- then I really don't like it. Probably for the same reason I don't like autolevel; with both, it doesn't show how you've trained your Pokemon, and that's literally the entire point of battling. It's a skills competition to see who has trained their Pokemon more, and autolevel doesn't really show that.

Hmm... I had an idea where we could open a shop that sells items contributed by Team Rocket users. We should wait to discuss that until poland gets on.
