I have spent 200,000 pd on game chips so that I can get the evil magikarp badge! I have spent all the game chips and still haven't gotten the badge. The first time I attempted the badge was 13 hours ago... can someone look into it and help me plz?

Have you lost a "specific" number of Game Chips.. over a "Magikarp" coin?

Thus, the badge having its name as the "evil" magikarp badge.

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
