Also a good animating site is ezimba.com but it deletes all images
after 90 days, so you should save it to your computer and then
upload it again to imgur or tinypic or something.
Another tool you can use is SketchBookExpress or SketchBookPro (the
former free, the latter a bit costly and both available for Macs)

Hm, not really since I haven't really searched for tutorials for
that.
However I suggest you to use DeviantART, as at the left you can pick the
categories, go to resources and stock -> tutorials, and then at
the top, write what you look for c:
Also this question would better suit here, which is a place for these kind of doubts and
needs c;
That is something very important actually. Since from what I
remember JPEG weigh is less than other files and photos are always
JPEG so many people at first think that its the best format, when
it is not, because it will blurry your pixel and you wont be able
to recover it.
Wow I never saw Seal's post. You must use the colour picker in the
program you are using and then make a small square with that colour
so you can pick it when you want.
Pikablu; if you only have MS paint, then you will need help of
someone or of a page. The problem is that I currently don't know
any to make the background transparnet since I never use these kind
of pages ^^;
I need really big help >.< Everytime i try to make a
sprite,Its awesome at the beggining but then its getting destroyed
and i cannot recolor.
Here is what i mean:Here.
It wasnt like that 1 month ago
It's clearly saved as a JPG, much like the last image posted before
it, even though the guide says to NEVER save as a jpg.
Jpgs are meant for pictures that have thousands and thousands of
colors, hence the speckling that it does. In large, colorful
pictures, it is a smaller file-size and looks good. For sprites,
it's a larger file-size and looks absolutely horrid.
Whenever you are saving the sprite, there should be an option to
change the file type. Make sure to choose .png for still sprites
and .gif for animated sprites. (You can use .gif for still sprites
as well, but it's usually a larger file-size. And it can't handle
gradients as well as .png can)
i dont know how to make a sprite in general i want to but ya and i

Hmm... I know another program... It's paint.net (it's not the
normal Paint, and it isn't a site). It's better than paint but it's
worse then Photoshop. It's VERY good for doing sprites.
