One day, you find yourself in quite a predicament. You've been kidnapped, to put it simply, and the next few weeks were a blur. All you knew was pain and exhaustion. Oh, and maybe some decent rolls, the cook they hired must've been a little empathetic. Anyways, the seemingly endless time of torture came to and end with you being thrown back into your home, becoming an entirely different person.
You see, whatever your kidnappers have done to you has changed the way you act, the way you think, the physical capability of your mind and body, and your memories as well. Apparently, your kidnappers have abducted "the world's best" in some of the most dangerous professions one can think of, dissecting their minds and body in order to combine them into one person, you. This also resulted in you having amnesia, or remembering things of a life that you had no knowledge of existing. You may also experience frequent exhaustion, or raging headaches from time to time. Oh well, must be a result of whatever Frankenstein nonsense you've been forced into.
Anyways, in regards to whom you've been "fused" with, ne case may be that you have the physical capabilities of the top 10 strongest people in the world, another case may be that you have the mind of the smartest humans known to man, combined. You could be as skilled as some of the greatest magicians, maybe even performing real magic. Who knows, that's what you'll have to find out.
But not without a catch.
Why would they give random people abilities beyond human comprehension without a catch, a way of control? That would be pretty stupid.
The one thing that you can clearly remember from your time in that hell is these simple words, "I'll let you in on a little something, you're now much more capable of [insert profession here] than anyone else, some could even say it's inhuman. Gotta keep it secret, alright? Would be a shame if I had to kill ya before you do this little 'errand' for me, wouldn't it?"
This errand? Leave everything you've ever known, travel to a destination said to be hell on Earth, a place so bad that it was deemed impossible to reach. It's been named "The Rotting Heart" by those who've been unfortunate enough to hear about it. You've been tasked to reach the center of this massive pit of doom and "wait for further instructions". You will encounter many trials along the way, fighting with your own mind in order to stay sane enough to keep going, and you may even run into familiar faces.
Or even those with secrets such as yours.
Remember, secrets aren't meant to be told, and no one must ever suspect that you're different, alright? Good luck, you'll need it.

A tall, thin man, standing at a respectable 6 foot 2 inches, and weighs just over 150 pounds. He has long, neat golden-brown hair, tied into a tight ponytail behind him. His eyes are a light shade of blue. He wears a stereotypical lab coat, and a baggy black shirt. He wears blue ripped jeans and scuffed gray sneakers. He wears thin, half-moon glasses.
Personality -
Kendo is an introverted, nervous, quiet man. He keeps to himself and simply wants to do his work in peace. He hates interacting with others and wants nothing more than to simply stay in his laboratory, working on his robots in peace. He has sudden bursts of anger and annoyance though, which he immediately apologizes for.
Secret/New Ability -
Kendo is a highly respected roboticist who worked on some of the most influential AIs in recent years, being most famous for his work on an AI that revolutionized healthcare. His skill is nothing fancy. He's able to work with and design 3D models in his mind as much as he pleases, and has near-infinite access to any material while he is in this state. He's also given a near-limitless storage space.

Literally anything involving talking to people, socializing, or just being a functioning member of society.

Appearance - Kai stands at a good 6'4 and has a hefty amount of muscle on that large frame of his. Although he constantly looks tired and "zoned-out", he can become alert and energized whenever he's in an appropriate situation. He has medium-length pitch black hair that pretty much has the spiky anime hair look, and his jade-green eyes stand out among the pretty average features on his face. He likes to wear black shirts with a dark green and tan varsity jacket over it, along with a pair of black cargo pants.
Personality - That's a secret :)
Secret/New Ability - Kai is now intended to be the best nuclear technician, knowing his atomic bombs inside and out. Any weapon dealing with explosions is right up his alley, and he even claims he can make small pebbles into bombs with the power of a grenade... Odd, but we don't question it.
Fear/Weakness - He's extremely paranoid of everything and treats everything like it has a 90% chance to fail him

Appearance - Jet black hair with black eyes glinting slightly silver if you look at them a certain way, she's always on high alert. Her black leather gloves and boots hide many secrets, most of which you do not want to know about. It really is quite hard to describe exactly what she wears or even her 'style', as she is a practiced chameleon, a skilled actor, able to switch personalities and appearances accordingly at a second's notice.
Personality - Alert, calculating, everything you would expect from a criminal mastermind. But then again, you never know which face you'll end up dealing with. She prides herself greatly on her unpredictability.
Secret/New Ability - Originally, her ability was classified as 'spy and secret agent'. But as you can see, that wasn't quite how it turned out. It wasn't a technical issue, all the 'skills' and 'abilities' needed for the job she recieved seamlessly, it was how she decided to use it. Her backstory and personality caused her to turn to evil, using her newfound power to her own advantage.
She knows exactly how to manipulate people, and has inhuman agility and speed, along with silent movements and flexibility. She also knows quite a lot about the internal workings of spy agencies, leading to many successful infilterations.
Fear/Weakness - Pride. She is the best, and she will flaunt it in any way she can. So far, she has put herself in some tight spots simply because she wanted to show off, but has managed to get out of them. But you can only stay lucky for so long...

Age (16+) - 16 (Yes, I'm still making my characters young XD)
Gender - Female
Appearance - This - sorry if the image isn't working! If it isn't please tell me and I'll describe it with words. (She's 5"4)
Personality - She is very antisocial and shy, and stays hidden in her shell. She rarely comes out of her shell, and is normally seen with a blank face. She only comes out of her shell when she truly believes that she can trust someone, which is rare, as she has severe trust issues. Kaori is lonely, but when she isn't her shy, lonely self, she is very sweet and gentle, caring for everybody and everything.
Secret/New Ability - She has a 'Green Thumb'. This means that she knows many plants and herbs, along with their properties. Kaori has the ability to make sprouts grow quicker, or something "supernatural" related to plants. But whenever she uses her power to grow plants, she is severely weakened and is unable to use her power for the next 8-10 hours. During the 'cooldown' time, she is weakened enough that she barely talks (though there's no difference anyway XD), and has less energy. The cooldown time depends on what the plant was, and how much she grew the plant.
Fear/Weakness - Her weakness is a person in need. She would do anything to help others, and risks anything and everything to satisfy them. Her life's goal/mission is to make everybody she know happy, but she risks a lot to keep that goal. If she finds anybody who is in trouble, needs help, wants help, looks like they might want some help, etc, Kaori would drop everything and do all she can to help them.

oh, i should probably mention this - if your character is a pyrotechnician, they can also have the ability to create a flame as big as a match, but that's it. same applies to other professions, there is massive limitations.

my character's form could be an example, but another one could be that your character is a gardener, so they know many herbs and plants, as well as what they can do. the gardener could potentially have the ability to make sprouts grow quicker, or something "supernatural" related to plants.
the profession could be a chemist, and the character works well with chemicals and such. their ability could potentially be something related to potent chemicals
just be creative, it could be something simple or complex, depending on what suits your character. if you want, you could just put down an ability such as "able to create sparks the size and power of a taser" and i could assign a profession that suits said ability
sorry if none of this makes sense, my mind isn't very good at thinking lol

Appearance -
Tall and unafraid to show it off, Uyu's flamboyant attire is quite the eye catch. With a baggy reflective parka that hangs loosely around slender shoulders and sneaker heels that look way too impracticable to walk in but somehow still appears to be perfectly in life with the chic wardrobe, everything about Uyu screams high end elegance. Somehow, even Uyu's hair reflects this, the undersides of stark white bleached hair dyed technicolor pink and blue and styled to look almost like a jellyfish, falling over one silver eye. Jewelry adorns slim wrists that jangle with every movement, the overall outfit quite loud in general both in appearance and sound. Somehow though... somehow. Uyu always manages to sneak up on people...
Personality -
Flirtatious and a bit of a smooth talker, Uyu is always ready to greet customers and patrons with a charming smile and lip service. Uyu chases after the spotlight, taking any chance to capture someone's attention with honeyed words feeding exactly what they want to hear. As someone who has long since worked in customer service, Uyu has an almost endless patience and a firm poker face that's hard to break, making his emotions a little hard to read. But that isn't a problem as Uyu is quite emotionally open, always sharing innocuous thoughts and opinions as freely as the wind. But curiously enough, even if Uyu is loose lipped and generous with information, no one really knows anything personal about the mysterious coffee shop worker as if Uyu is nothing but a phantom their imagination conjured up
Secret/New Ability -
Once someone who only picked up magic for fun, Uyu is now a master of slight of hand, nimble fingers disguising and concealing objects with a finesse that even pros struggle to attain. From card tricks to disappearing acts, anything that can be done Uyu can do and anything that hasn't been done... well someone has to be the first. With a voice that can change with every word, thrown through walls and mimicked to the point of pinpoint accuracy, Uyu's magic seems a lot more like phantom thievery, considering that ever since Uyu's return there have been a long string of robberies.... But I'm sure that the neighborhood heartthrob has nothing to do with them, after all what would Uyu do with four ceremonial daggers, the Mikazuki, and eight hundred bottles of coke?
Fear/Weakness -
Everything must come to end and one day the curtains will fall on Uyu's final stage, leaving nothing crushing darkness as no one bothers to remember who Utsugi Uyu is. To be forgotten and alone, unneeded among the countless entertainers and just another face among the many. Uyu just wants to be remembered, needed, to be someone worth any sort of love

Appearance -
Black hair with few red strands. Usually wears a white or black mask, white trench coat and some casual wear inside. During work, he has blue sanitary gloves on at all times.
Personality -
A typical overthinker, mixed with a day dreamer. Usually his mind is not in the present. But when he is thinking in the present, Li Fengyu usually speaks his mind, and always has many tricks that helps his survival. Hates complicated stuff, because he will overthink. Hates easy stuff, cause he will overthink. Has OCD and is a mild germaphobe.
Secret/New Ability -
Li Fengyu has been the best forensic investigator/doctor in his team and police department, solving many difficult and hidden cases that seems to lost all hope. Before, he is able to tell when the body has died and how it died, accurately. But now, if Li Fengyu wants to become a surgeon he could, or a heart doctor, he could if he wanted to. He could save any living being, as long as it still has a breath left. But since Li Fengyu has lost his sense of pure justice when he was young, he stayed in his forensic department. But now, not only can he tell how and when the victim died, he could easily revision the crime scene and how it worked out. Make a profile of the criminal, and their psychological mindset, to narrow down the possible suspects and catch the criminal. Ever since then, he has never failed a case.
Fear/Weakness -
-When Dr. Rain is off work, his mind is usually in space, with a black stare, it is not uncommon to see him staring at the wall for hours. Some people suspect that Dr. Rain might have something wrong in the brain or not well mentally. Those who are jealous of him, will often tell the higher ups that they should send Dr. Rain to a mental institution. But they always refused, since he is a important member of the team.

Dr. Rain has good combat skills, and knows how to wield several types of gun, due to the fact that he is often working on field.
(Li Fengyu is a morally grey character, so he has a weak sense of justice, so if he does something that does not fit his profession, then it because of that :))
