I live in UAE and it just so happens it isn't there in country settings. While it isn't that important, it's still incomplete, so hopefully you guys would add all the flags soon :D (I hope i don't sound threatening)
What is a signature? a special marking? a sign of independence? Not really. I think it's nothing. And that's what makes it special.

There is a thread for notifying us about missing flags. The person who used to make them, is currently inactive, so we don't really know when they'll be added.
