This is an rp made by Ralsei, RainRipple, and Scrub being transfered to Pokeheroes

Stockholm City is one of the last cities left on Earth, run by a mysterious man named President X. He dictates how they feel, act, and everything about them. And for the most part, everyone's happy with that. But there are some. Those who rebel against his rule. The Spade Gang. Our story starts with the Spade Gang's HQ, a building in the slum sectors of the city. While the citizens were waking up and finding their assignments on feelings, actions, etc, a young woman was absorbed in a project in the belly of the HQ, surrounded by machines.

Amidst the quiet certainty of the city's daily morning routine, a young girl went carefully about her part. Tundra straightened her pillow case, putting a bit of weight onto the bed to make the mattress creak. She needed to make enough noise that her compliance was apparent but not too much or she might aggravate her mother, whom she could hear also going through the motions in the room beside hers. It was a noise level she had learned instinctively all her life, and she no longer even though about it.

When her tablet sounded, bringing the news of the person she today was to become, she turned to watch it, making sure that she felt no emotions. She heard the sounds from her mother's room also stop and knew that the woman was also doing exactly this at the moment. She had learned over the years to remove all emotion when thinking of her mom; she'd been known to burst into unauthorized irritation, anger, and even tears in the past. She was foolish, she knew, to be so free with her feelings. She didn't have much time left as a child to get them under control.

Tundra's tablet read that she was to be quiet and shy, bringing no attention to herself.
It wasn't unusual for the HQ to be riddled with the sounds of machinery, among other questionable noises, but somehow Mev always managed to bring something new to the table. This morning, the already rather dilapidated block was shaken by an explosion. As dust cleared, Mev wheezed and fumbled for the latch of a window. Letting in the sunrise, he paused for a deep breath and rubbed the bridge of his nose with a wince. It certainly wasn't the first time something had quite literally blown up in his face, but it didn't get any less painful. Well, the young alchemist supposed, that's what the goggles were for. He shook his head with a slight smile and turned back to the oak table that now had a brand new black spatter across it and glared at his instruments. It was going to be a long day.

From Dooley's workshop, she looked up and scrunched her nose as she sighed in frustration. Getting up from her table, on which she had been perched fiddling with a new weapon, she tossed the prototype onto the table and strode to the entrance of her workshop, poking her head out of the trapdoor. "Oi," she bellowed, "Keep it down, Mev! I know that's you."

Quiet and shy... Alright, that was fine. That meant she didn't have to speak to her mom before slipping out for the day. She was supposed to go purchase new clothes in the Shopping District today, it appeared. That would easily take until lunch. Taking a deep breath and fixing an avoidant look on her face, she finished her chores and hurried down the stairs. He mother didn't join her; perhaps her emotions included lazy today. The copper haired girl quickly grabbed a cereal bar before leaving through the front door, calling, as was necessary due to regulations, "Bye, Mom!" Freedom, or at least some form of it
A glint of copper sparkled off of Mev's face as he sheepishly waved to the rather aggravated looking Dooley. "My bad, Dooley, swear it won't happen again for at least a few hours. I have to take notes," he explained, gesturing to an open notepad covered in scribbles. Explosions could tell one a lot about an experiment, so he was rather interested to see what had occurred at the molecular level, how hot it had been, whether or not he could- "Oh, my bad again," Mev laughed lightly, rubbing a patch of soot off of his cheek. "Rambling again. Back to work." Charcoal mixed with the ashes already covering his fingertips as he began to sketch out the remains of his experiment.

Dooley rolled her eyes. "Right, try not to kill anyone." After she pulled herself back in again, she began walking back in again to the table where she had been working. On the shelf near her head, a tiny white sphere began shifting and transformed into a floating robot with tiny yellow eyes that began floating around her head. She patted it fondly before returning to her work. On Mev's side, a certain muscular man with a long brown ponytail watched him work. "Sooo...what's this project about?"

His grin brightening, Mev gestured eagerly to the table in front of him. "So, do you know how an EMP - electromagnetic pulse - works? Well," he said, grabbing some of the fried gadgets in front of him, "I'm basically a giant electromagnet, so I ought to be able to weaponize that if I need to. Which got me thinking, is there a way for us to take out parts of the electronic grid without alerting any authorities? Disguise it as a power outage, but design it in a way that lets us mess with their crazy security. It is hard, but I'm working on focusing it to a certain wavelength so that it doesn't do this-" Mev handed the man a barbecued phone - "but instead disables the network." Taking a couple of deep breaths, he hoped he had explained that in somewhat understandable terms. It wasn't often that he was given the chance to talk about his work, so he wasn't used to figuring out how to explain things in layman's terms.

The man, who was in fact Oren, the Spade Gang's leader, looked down before smiling, amused. "This is great stuff, Mev. But I'm going to need you for something else. Head to the main building for briefing."

There was a bus stop the edge of the strip of Tundra's neighborhood, right near her house. It was rather nice to not have to walk quite as far, she supposed, but she did wish it was a bit farther; she enjoyed the feeling of the cool morning air on her face. The automation-driven bus pulled up just a few moments after the rather inconspicuous teen had arrived. Suppressing a sigh, she climbed up the steps, taking a moment only to say to the robotic driver, "Shopping District, please."

She hated this feeling of internal monotony. It was right, she knew; it meant she was being good today, not the deviation she normally tended towards. If the word "personality" had meant anything to her, she would have said that she felt as if hers was suppressed on such days. It was exhausting to try and figure out who she was, and she knew that was why the Governor was doing the right thing, but she almost thought she might already know who she was, almost thought she might feel a longing to express that person whenever she wanted. As she sat in the third seat from the front, she nearly flinched at her own mind. She would get in so much trouble if anyone with a mind reading mutation were nearby, but she refrained from glancing behind her. No need to make herself look guilty. Quiet and shy, shy and quiet...
