My mom was wondering if profiles can be deleted just in case she doesn't want me on this site period anymore. She's already banned me from speaking to my online friends, ~~which she thinks are pedos~~ and I don't want to lose my last connection to them.

Actually, I'm pretty sure they could be deleted, but it could only be done by Riako, as I think there was a point a few years ago where there was an old user purge where a bunch of old inactive accounts were deleted.

I promise to do all in my power to see us through this safely

While it is technically possible, the purge only affected old, inactive accounts that hadn't interacted in anyway.

Deleting accounts that have interacted with others, is not possible, because it would cause several errors wherever such information wouldn't be available anymore.

So, no, your specific account cannot be deleted.
