how would one go about putting in trainers? is that allowed, and are official trainers from the franchise the only ones allowed?

By fitting a banner, do you mean that it has to have the same colours, or something else?

@Cack-yo-ween - preferably not, but if you do add people/trainers, they don't need to be 'official' ones. They definitely can't be the main focus, though.

@LucarioLover99 - mostly colour-sheme. It doesn't have to have the exact same pokémon, but there should be a match colour-wise at least.

will the staff know which entries were submitted by the same person? and if not, is there a possibility that the staff choose multiple entries from the same person? for example, the staff choose 2 entries from one person and give that person 6 months of premium? thx :D

The Staff [aside from me] will not know who submitted the entries, but they will know which submissions are from the same user.
A user can only win once, I make sure of that :3c

are we allowed to watermark our entries? nothing too large, just a small signature like in some of the advent calender entries

also, are we allowed to make different variations of the same piece? I'm thinking of doing this, but I won't be changing of the lineart, just the coloring. I want to make sure that I have different versions so that you guys can pick the one that you think matches the best, in case my original doesn't match as well as I thought :^
