"Hey, wait a minute. That's a shard, isn't it?" asks Sydney. She holds out her shard, letting Breeze take a look at it. "Why does it look like that?" she wonders.

Breeze took a second to scoop up the shard in her paw before glancing at Sydney. "Wait, so you know about the shards, too?" She curled her paw inward, the closest she could do to holding it in her 'fingers' to keep the crystal from falling out. As she held it, she noted the presence coming from it, stronger even than her own shard, dragonic, but there was a gentler vibe to it as well, as if it were used to quelling arguments or settling disagreements...it was hard to explain, but that was just the feeling she got. She though back to the dream, remembering that these were the remains of the souls of those legendary Pokémon...she wondered which one this one could be...a flying dragon type, possibly?

Sydney thought that she only had the dream. There were more people who had it? "Wait, you had the dream, too? I thought I was the only one. It might explain this." The Oshawott is very confused.

The soft clicking of her claws on the stone path sounded as Whisper strode into the sunlight filtering down through the branches of the great oak tree outside her home. A leaf landed in the white mane-like fur on her head, and she shook it off vigorously, still jumpy. Voices attracted her to the left, and a gathering of familiar Pokemon appeared to be the source. As an Absol, she'd always been a bit more distant from the others, and she wasn't sure if this had been her personality prior to becoming a Pokemon or not. She, like the others, could recall nothing of that life they had once led, and though she'd been here happily for a year, she couldn't help but wonder who she'd been and what she'd left behind. But that was inconsequential now; that dream... she could push it away and ignore it all she liked, she knew, but the fact remained that there was now a stone in her locket, a stone that seemed to throb with a sense of peace, of calmness, but also of fierce power. It frightened Whisper, yes, but she was also intrigued. Growing closer to the group, she stopped a little while off, tilting her head at the odd scene.

"Yeah." Breeze nodded slowly, noting what the Kirlia had said, it matching the vision perfectly. She went on to explain her experience in detail, the darkness, the roaring, the legendaries, and finally, the shard she'd woken up with. At this, she dug into the pouch containing the tiny crystal. "Here's the shard I woke up with." She presented the cold shard to her friends, the raging snowy presence radiating strongly from it. "I think this shard is the one Zari woke up with..." she pointed at the sky blue shard, which she had placed on the ground. "That is, assuming you all have shards, too?" She looked at them both.

The Kirila simply held out her shard in reply, the shining crystal catching a ray on sunlight and making it look positively brighter. The shard gave of a sense of hope, of a promise.....and...was it life? Kirila looked at her shard, head tilted in curiosity and awe. Her shard possessed several beautiful patterns, swirls of green....

Whisper felt a ripple of excitement pulse through her. A little ways off, one of the group members, a Kirlia, apparently, held something that caught the sunlight, causing it to glow brilliantly. Another shard? The thought seemed far fetched, perhaps impossible, but the Absol was too curious to let it slide. She padded towards the group once more, dipping her head in greeting.

Breeze's leafy ear twitched as she sensed the presence of the dark type approaching. She turned her head to catch sight of Whisper coming to join them, and she waved her tail and smiled as a greeting to the fluffy creature. "Whisper!" She called happily to her. She had begun to tuck the tiny icy crystal back into her pouch, reaching for the Sky shard on the ground. She lifted it up in her paw once more, peering at it, before wondering if Whisper knew something about the vision, too. Maybe the whole village did! Had everyone gotten shards like these? A thoughtful look crossed her face.

"Hello, Breeze," she said, pleasantly formal. Her eyes darted to the shard lying on the ground, and she raised a sapphire blue claw to her silver locket thoughtfully. "How did you happen upon that?" she asked casually, hoping that the Pokemon wouldn't become defensive of it, as she knew she herself would have in this situation.

Ace

Ace listened to Breeze and the other pokemon's conversation, going a little wide eyed. "I woke up with a shard as well. It doesn't quite look like yours though." He pulled out his own mysterious shard, showing it to the Leafeon. "Do you think somebody was playing a prank on us or something?"

Dezzy

Dezzy let out a low grumble as he left his previous area. The sword pokemon he had bumped into having given the Deino a rather long lecture. Shaking his head he grudged along blindly, occasionally pausing to lightly bump his head against something. He didn't want a repeat of the earlier incident. Dezzy was careful that the strange shard stayed in his scarf pocket.

Breeze turned to address Ace as he took out the tiny black crystal. She felt an electric presence emitting from it, as well as the same draconic presence from Zari's shard. "A prank, eh?" It seemed her hypothesis was slowly beginning to prove itself, at least partly. "What Pokémon would have the power to send us dreams like that? Darkrai? Cresselia? This doesn't seem like something they would do, and why would they target us like this? It doesn't make any sense..." That last sentence was ironic. Waking up as a Pokémon wasn't exactly the most logical thing either...but here they were. She didn't quite answer the Absol's question, figuring it would be pretty clear just by watching the others.

Sydney is still holding her shard. "I also woke up with a shard. I don't know what it is, though." The Oshawott holds out the shard. If the dream she had was true, what's up with these shards? She doesn't know, but she wants to find out.

Realization dawned on the Absol's face, and she visibly relaxed a bit, but said nothing. So she hadn't been the only one. Interesting. Lowering her front foot back to the ground, she scanned the assembly of Pokemon. From a year's worth of time in this village, she knew them all. Her mind flicked back to the nightmare, and a shudder coursed through her body, her white mane bristling a bit. No, she couldn't ever, ever let it come to that. Perhaps the shards were the key to saving the village, and if so, she was willing to work with the others to bring that to passing. She just hoped they'd be cooperative...

"Right." Breeze said with a nod. "Let's discuss the dream." She figured that would be a proper word for it. She wouldn't call it a vision...she didn't want to think of what it would be like if their village were attacked by whatever that thing was... "That is assuming we're all on the same page, here..." She scanned the group, wondering if they had all been in similar situations. If that were the case, they should probably gather the village for a discussion
