IN emera beach, at times when the exclamation mark comes that shows that i caught a pokemon.....i click on pull. but it comes after5-10 seconds and once i am done catching it, a message comes many times saying that it escaped

Drop by this event shop once a while~

well it happens only if your connection is too unstable [atleast that was the case when it happened to me]
if you have a stable connection, then idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

that happens when you trigger more than one 'pull up' at the same time, it runs multiple reel-in minigames so the counter ticks down faster and one of them gets away while you get one or whatever, all you need to do to fix it is refresh the page
