Looks like Summer has to cast the spell. Aria threw the necklace to Summer, who put it on and repeated, “Stop Turquoise from physically, magically or chemically causing harm to any other sentient and/or living creature for the next half an hour.”

Summer glanced at the necklace. Hopefully she still has some uses of it. “Completely heal the physical wounds of all living creatures within a 5-meters radius painlessly.” She ordered. Her own wounds vanished instantly.
