Mrs Ruby addressed the entire class. "Today I'll teach the basics of HTML5"
Winter turned on his computer as the espeon went on.
"I'm passing out your loggin info." She started to hand out little cards with each student's name and username and password.

(Melon actually met up with Zene before but you might've not seen my post...? Anyway, it's fine because I just copied and pasted the top part)
Kuru instantly noticed Delta and stammered apologetically, "O-oh I'm so sorry Delta! I didn't realize you standing there, you were so quiet! Why don't you come sit with us?" She pushed aside her own stool and made room for another one for Delta. She saw Haru getting back and was very relieved, but worried if Melon would be getting back soon.
(Delta's in art class and everyone not in art is in web design class)
"Ooh this is going to be fun!" Cinder exclaimed enthusiastically. She received her card, turned on her computer, and logged in. Jin did the same.

(Ms. Diane, the substitute art teacher, explained that we're passing papers around and basically everyone takes a turn to draw on the same paper, adding on to the same drawing)
Melon's ears twitched at the stern voice, but she let the feeling go just as quickly. "Well then...let's go to the main office I guess..." She sighed, knowing full well that she would be very, very late and would miss her favorite class...

Summer's wars twitched. "Where's Melon?" She asked.
Zora shrugged.
Mrs Ruby finished passing out the cards. Soon all the students were logged in.
"I won't teach much today because I need to get you used to the computers quickly, but I will teach the basics of a Web page today. Right now in fact. Is everyone logged in?"

Ms. Diane finished passing the papers around, handing the last one to Kuru, and turned on a mini timer in her hand. She exclaimed, "If I gave you a piece of paper, you're the first to draw! You'll have only 1 minute before you pass it to the next person so let's go!" Kuru scooped up a pencil in her mouth and began doodling a forest with trees filled with delicious berries. After the teacher reset the timer and told everyone to pass the papers around, Kuru passed hers on to Summer.
Haru drew a giant chocolate cake but could only manage drawing the first two layers before the timer went off again. He passed it on to the Pokemon next to him.
Both Cinder and Jin responded with a "yes" and Cinder started setting up and getting ready to code.

"Okay!" Called Mrs. Ruby. I'm sending a website to your computers now, teaching you the basic 'skeleton' of a web page.
A page popped on the screen, with Html code starting with <!DOCTYPE html> and ending with </footer>. "I expect you to get these memorized very quickly, because you'll see these again." The Web teacher informed them.
"There is no way I'm memorizing all this..." Winter muttered, trying to take it all in.

Jin stared at her and teased, "Easy for you to say!" He frowned at his screen, then brightened again and added, "But wait...I can just store all the coding into my rings! Why didn't I think of that sooner??" He was only kidding, but he was also curious to see if such a possibility were a thing. He frowned at his computer again and stared off into space.
Melon hesitated, unsure of what to do. She waited for a response.

"With repetition comes perfection!" Mrs Ruby called. "If it looks scary now, just wait until you start making your own pages.
Summer grabbed another piece of paper and tried sketching a gracidia flower.

Jin focused for a bit, only stopping momentarily to ask Cinder some questions before resuming. He practiced coding in some links and images, trying to remember how to format everything properly.

"Sweet!" Winter switched to a computer game instead of the study website.
"Thanks! That's really neat too!" Summer pointed at Kuru's drawing and smiled.
Zora peered at the picture too, but said nothing, just shot a glance at the door, then the clock, then the door again
