I think when you get to trainer level 15, there should be a shiny jar. What's the purpose for a shiny jar? Well you would put a pokemon in the shiny jar for one week after one week you take it out, and there's a 1/5000 chance that it is a shiny when you take it out. This feature could also have features for premiums....
Premium Shiny Jar Features ~ Higher Chance ( maybe 10/5000)
Premium Shiny Jar Features ~ You get to take the pokemon out of the jar earlier ( maybe 5 days instead of a whole week)
This feature would not make getting a shiny easier, because people could do it 100 time and still not get a shiny

Edit 1 ~ You can only put in unhuntable Pokemon

Currently the only method to hatch shinies removes 50% of the game fun, and also 98,75% to Hatch eggs in vain without the possibilitie to hatch different PKMNs are not funny.

No support. This would defeat the purpose of hunting rare Pokëmon.
For example: You have a legendary and you put it in the jar, and eventually it becomes Shiny. Then what is the motivation of hunting a rare Pokemon (not necessarily legends) if you can just put it in the jar and wait until it becomes shiny?

Shinies are not supposed to be easy to hatch, and this would make obtaining shinies a lot easier as you don't have to do anything besides putting the Pokémon in the jar.

As I said earlier, no support.

@Azul maybe there could be a price, maybe like 10k per pokemon put in for easy pokemon ( 25k medium, 50k hard, 100k rare, 500k legendary)

I, personally, wouldn't use this. I like the joy of HATCHING the shiny. Plus, if I did use this and get a shiny, I'd be just "Yay my ___ turned into a shiny!" Plus, with some luck, you could get a shiny in less than a week. Trust me, I got my Shiny Ponyta in 2 days or so after a week.
So, no support. Waste of money, since the Pokeradar is more expensive than the 100k legedaries, and defeats the purpose, like AoTora said.

I'd support but only to use on unbreedable Pokemon, like Legendary and Unowns.

No support. This is a Pokemon adoptables site, as in it is mostly based on the Pokemon series and means adopting Pokemon. Since shiny jars don't exist in the pokemon series, and defeats the purpose of hatching eggs mostly, this has no real place here.

I don't get why people complain about how difficult it is to hatch a shiny Pokemon. It's an adoptables site. If hatching your eggs is too hard or boring for you then I don't think you'll have much fun here when that is about the core of this game.

And of course there is the premium option if you want shinies faster, but keep in mind that just gets you to your max chance faster, doesn't mean you'll get a shiny sooner than someone else. It is based on luck after all, some people are just more lucky than others.

So no support.

I actually support, but like Yoru, I'd only support it if it were for unhuntable things, such as legendaries (for example, you can do this with Celebi, but you can't do it with Rayquaza, because it is huntable).

Me neither, and no support. Shiny hunting is used to get shinies, but the fun of anticipating which egg will be the shiny, and when the eggs will be in the daycare is unswappable.
Also, the idea of the Pokemon dying is ridiculous. There are young users here too, and this... Wouldn't be good for them.

i dont understand that idea, this so very bad, because to have shinyes is needed the pokeradar, the jar sounds bad, because the pokemon can be reduced the proability to be a shiny
