Human appearance: Black hair and silver eyes. Very scientific.
Power(s): Can summon Metals and nut bolts and motors...and make usefull machines from it. Very sharp brain, probably among the top ten most intelligent in the world.

Human appearance: She were a dirty white t-shirt, grey shorts, dirty white gloves (Fingerless), and her hair is quite short.
Magic appearance: Same ass human appearance, but her and everything on her is made of gray stone with cracks running through it.
Power(S): She can create moving statues by touching the ground. She can't make colossal ones, and they crumble after a bit of time. (Well, most of them.) She can only make eight at a time, and they drain her energy significantly.

Everything’s fine accepted the magic form needs to have something that makes it look not human. It can be as simple as a not realistic eye color to being comepletly different thing. Until, this is fixed not accepted.

So lets say I have a character appearance in mind that is like super extra in your face out there but like for her human appearance and then for her magic appearance I wanted her to look normal (like she'd be going from over the top kawaii girl as a human form to bleh human ((with like a weird eye color or something)) girl in her magic form) and it would relate to her magic and stuff... would that be okay?

Yes, it can be as simple as a lavender tinted skin of pink-ish brown-ish eyes to being something not even human.

I guess the simplified explanation is her human form is like what we might expect for a magic form in levels of over the top (looks at my own characters) and vice versa but I can add some little things to make her obviously not human anymore in her magic form

Age: 14
Human appearance: smaller and slender build; skin is very pale, apart from two circuitry tattoos originating from her hands and going up to her arm; hair is a sort of bob cut (they form two horns under her ears, basically like Gardevoir, just a little longer), her hair and eye coloring is red, with her circuitry being blue
Magic appearance: two antennae pop on her head and the circuitry slowly "grows" across her arms, the longer she maintains the form, she gains a shield attached on her right arm and her body gets even slender than before
Power(s): When in her magic form, her active one is that she can wrap a bubble around other people. That bubble gives a resistance or a weakness to either magic-induced moves or physical ones. She can put up both on one person but it would exhaust her far more. A weapon she would carry with is... well not a weapon. Only a wooden shield with unusual durability and deflecting skills.
Her passive ability is restoring health to anyone around her.
Side note: All of her abilites weaken over time, as the circuitry slowly goes over to keeping the form up, instead of self-defense and she gets a weakness to electromagnetic waves. They'd be like harmful screeches to her.

It has the be a 24/7 thing so her eyes can be pink all the time?

everythings ok accepted that in Lana’s human apperance her eye color is red, red eyes are ok in magic form but now in human form,
