Laughing again, Amadeus stood and hurried out to grab a brush before returning to the cage. He moved over to her nest and sat himself down.

Benji nodded, chittering as he rubbed against her again. He would like that very much. "Bring a leash with you, Jabrielle. Just in case, please," Maggy said, moving back to her work so they could go outside.

Myanna padded over and laid down over his legs, careful to not make them bend at odd angles. She didn't want to hurt him.

"Okay, I will." Jabrielle headed out and grabbed a leash and collar, stopping near the door. "Sorry Benji... I don't really think there's a way out of this one..." She didn't want to put the collar on him, but it'd look bad if she didn't. She wouldn't put the leash on him since he didn't need it, but the collar would keep her from getting fired.

Careful not to brush too hard or too fast, Amadeus began stroking the brush down her sides. "Let me know if you want me to stop. In the meantime, perhaps I can ask you questions?"

Benji leaned in, bumping her foehead with his own. He understood. She was doing what she had to. She was good to him. So he would trust her. She was so different from the humans he had dealt with before.

Myanna nodded letting him know that she would be happy to answer his questions if she could. Though they'd have to be yes or no questions since she couldn't communicate much more than that.

Jabrielle loosened the collar before holding it up for him to slip his head through. As long as he was comfortable, that's what mattered to her. He trusted her, and she didn't want to ruin that. He was already one of the few people in her life that treated her well and she seemingly was the only person that cared about him.

Amadeus hummed, his hands moving soothingly over her fur. "Are you happy here?" He asked after a few long moments. That was something he had to know first.

Benji smiled, grabbing her hand in both of his. He met her eye, chittering softly to let het know he was okay. He tapped the hook in the collar, trying to tell her she was good to put on the leash.

Myanna nodded her head, her purring making her entire body vibrate a little. She was very happy here now that he was here. She would be happy as long as he visited and did these sorts of things with her.

Jabrielle smiled back, giggling softly. She let out a soft sigh and clicked the leach onto the loop on the collar. "Alright, let's get you into the trees." She scooted outside and made sure to keep to the shade so that he didn't shift.

"So long as you are happy, good. If anything wrong happens and you are unhappy, let me know somehow, alright? I will do my best to try to make it okay. Do you like the plans I was talking about earlier?"

Benji trotted just ahead of her, looking excited and adorable. He kept looking back, his whole face light up with happiness. Once in the woods, he jumped back to her and rubbed against her leg like a cat. Tilting his head, he asked if it was okay to jump up the trees now.

Myanna nodded in response to his first question, and then again with his next question. How could she have forgotten? He wanted to get her a pool and a proper bed! Of course she was okay with it!

Jabrielle reached down and removed the leash. "Go for it." She smiled. "Just don't go too high... If you get stuck up too high I won't be able to help you."

Amadeus smiled before resuming his humming. He cleaned the brush when it was full of hair, building a small mound of fur he'd toss later.

Benji nodded before scrambling up a tree and sitting on a branch about eye level with her. Chittering, he pranced along it, looking smug about being up in a tree.

Myanna continued purring, her tail idly swishing across the floor behind her. He was so gentle and kind.

Jabrielle laughed as she watched him prance about. "Oh man! You are too cute!"

Amadeus couldn't help but smile. He hugged her as he finished brushing her. "I should go get some sleep...but after I shower and eat breakfast, I'll be back to see you. I'll even bring a kiddie pool you can romp in."

Benji wiggled on the tree branch, holding on tight. He loved all of the praise and attention she gave him.

Myanna got up and gently bumped his head with hers knowing that he must be tired. She was still purring and he could feel it through her huge head.

"Aww," Jabrielle giggled. "You can climb a bit higher if you'd like," She moved around to the other side of the tree and climbed up onto a thick branch and then onto a slightly higher couple where she sat down.

Bumping her head back, Amadeus scratched under her jaw before getting up. He hugged her before picking up the like of fur and heading out. "Goodnight Myanna."

Benji bounced over to her, hanging upside down from the branch above her. Reaching out, he grabbed her cheeks, chittering excitedly. He was so happy and excited to be rup in a tree again.

Myanna let out a rather deep sounding meow and raised her paw to wave good night. She then headed over to her bed and curled up in it giving her paws a cleaning before going to sleep.

Jabrielle reached her hands out and held them behind and beneath him to catch him should he fall. "Oh goodness, I don't know if I can handle all this cuteness!" She chuckled.

Amadeus set off for his own bed, grabbing himself some dinner on the way. True to his word, he wrote out a list of suggestions for Lionel to look over. Not everything on the list was for Myanna but a good portion of it was.

Benji laughed, the sound more of a bark then anything else. Returning to the tree's trunk, he found a couple of bugs to eat before setting off to run around. He chased birds, plucked leaves to rain down on Jabriella and was a general goofball before settling down in her lap.

Myanna didn't have much to do while she waited for Amadeus to come back, so she slept and thought. Lionel had gone over the list and had started getting things lined up to be added in. He would have the contractors come to get the lay of the land and the measurements so they could make the various additions Amadeus had suggested. He realized that he'd been lucky to get a kid with a great deal of knowledge about the animals he kept.

Jabrielle laughed as the leaves fell on her, and as she watched him run about. When he settled himself in her lap she took a deep breath and let it out in a relaxed sigh. "Oh Benji... Do you feel a bit better? A bit happier?"

Amadeus, after getting up and getting ready for the day, came to give Myanna her breakfast. He had a kiddie pool he'd run out to buy. He set it up smirking. "You ready for this?" He asked.

Benji nodded, having tired himself out. He lay back dramatically, bearing his belly.

Myanna pranced about her cage when Amadeus came back, and she paced around him and the pool as he set it up. She mewed loudly, her eyes smiling for her. Of course she was ready! She could play in actual water!

Jabrielle giggled and gently stroked his belly gently. "Do you like it when I pet you? You don't think it's weird or anything?"

Amadeus laughed, stepping back from the harder plastic pool. "Have at it, Myanna. I am going to go feed the others. Then we can romp in the pool. I've got a hose and bet I can reach you wherever you run," he threatened playfully.

Benji settled in, nodding. He was very happy being pet. He didn't find it weird. Now, petting him while he was human? Strange. Really strange especially if it wasn't his hair.

Myanna reared up on her back legs and got her balance before motioning with her paw for him to come closer. She planned to give him a huge cat hug.

Jabrielle smiled and continued happily petting him. After a few minutes of silence she spoke up. "Hey, would you want to find a spot of sunlight and change so we can talk? Like if you have any questions you want to ask me..."
