Code Name : Nerve (it's the best I could come up with according to his powers)
Power: He can utilise his brain waves and it's electrical signals as he wishes. He can concentrate his electric neurological waves in one part of his body and electrocute someone to some extent (not completely mastered, backlashes often, sometimes ends up electrocuting himself). Also, when he uses these charges at a very mild intensity, he can send his thoughts to other people under 3 metre radius of him. He can also see other people's thoughts but it requires physical contact and takes a couple of minutes and concentration. He recently found out about his abilities, so he is still learning about it. (The upcoming powers may/may not be discovered by him near the middle/end of the roleplay if I get the permission) Can manipulate his brain waves so as to use 100% of his brain (making him super genius)for 10 minutes, but it takes him to the edge of his mental limits and he gets totally exhausted, it's his last resort for tricky situations and he has to rest for quiet a time or he will get in critical conditions. (May/may not be able to shoot electricity till 6 metre radius in future if some very strong villain appears and is granted permission)

Personality: He is a little shy around new people and may sometimes act wierd, leading to some awkward situations. He likes to make friends, though he never had more than one friend. He is caring and kind but doesn't likes to show to someone until he thinks he can trust them. He is a little competitive and slightly over confident, which sometimes creates trouble for him, but often turns to his favour.
Backstory : He lived in Gotham from the start. He was in the central city during the night the particle accelerator exploded, that's all he knows of how he got his powers. He belongs to an upper middle class family and was having that same dull boring life until he discovered his powers. He wanted to change the world, so that everyone stays in peace. When he got the new that batman is dead, he wanted to make sure that city was still safe and hence, became a super hero.
Other: Just tell me if I had done something wrong wrong. Also, may/may not be partnered with one of the Batman's apprentice.

Backstory :At the age of nine, Timothy Drake cleverly deduced the identities of Batman and Robin. Four years later, after the death of Jason Todd, Tim convinced Batman that he should be the new Robin. Eventually resigning from the role, he is now Red Robin.

Personality: Angry and reckless. Once he finds out that Batman is dead, he becomes more infuriated at the Joker, believing it was him, but at the same time, wants to know the truth. Is willing to uncover the real story.
Backstory (opt.): He was once the second Robin. After being blown up by the Joker, he was resurrected by Superboy-Prime altering reality, bringing him back to life. Batman never found this fact out, and was killed before he could find out. Now, he's returned to Gotham, angry due to his belief that the Bat never avenged him.
