Elvira, Spark, paused, grinning under her bandanna. This was perfect. "I turned off the light, yes, and yes, I'm Spark. I have to say I've never met anyone else like me on either side of the law, I've heard about plenty, but never met them in person." Things were going great, though the only things they might have issues on is methods. She knew she wasn't very merciful when it came down to taking care of bad guys, but perhaps Pixie would understand.

"Same here. May I ask after the extent of your powers?" Roxy asked, grinning as she pulled back from the window so they wouldn't disturb the poor sleeping woman inside. "Maybe we can show each other while we look out for anyone causing trouble tonight."

"I would like to ask you the same," Elvira glanced around after hearing a small noise, her eyes setting on a stray cat. "Though getting to the rooftops would likely be a good idea, less noticeable but still a good place to watch from." She adjusted her bandanna before walking down the street to the nearby alley where she started to climb the fire escape to the roof.

Roxy followed, light as a feather on her wings. "Will you be staying long? I heard you travel around a lot," she said, making conversation as the woman. Climbed she knew better then to just pick up someone and fly them. It tended to lead to startled and upset people. Maybe later, once they'd talked she'd offer a trip.

Elvira reached the top and moved to sit on the edge of the rooftop. "I hope I'll be staying, but that depends on a few things, one being how well I'm accepted by the city, and another is how badly the city needs me... Not many people agree with how I operate, and it's lead to some, issues in the past..." She needed to turn the questions away from her. "I know you're a shapeshifter, but how much can you change?" Her gaze moved from the city to Pixie.

"Why don't you give me a list of features and I'll shift. I can do just about anything I can imagine that's living. Inanimate objects are out," Roxy explained, sitting down next to her, retracting the wings so she wouldn't accidently brush them against her. She caught the mention of methods. But chose to overlook it for now.

"Well, how about white hair, purple eyes, six foot two, a pair of deer antlers, a deep green dress, and slender limbs." Elvira was testing Pixie's abilities, animal appendages, clothing, and body frame and build. She planned to let Roxy see her own powers, but wondered if she should hide anything.

Roxy smiled, doing just as Spark requested. Starting with the hair, she shortened it to about chin length to keep it from twisting in the antlers. Then she changed her eye color and adding height. Her arms shrank down to slimer appendages before she took an artful twist to the legs though, making them near deer like with hooves at the end. Changing her clothing, she turned it green before adding the antlers. Turning in a slight circle she let Spark look her over. "How did I do?"

Elvira watched with wide eyes as Pixie transformed in front of her. She sort of brought new meaning to the word "trans" seeing as she could be whatever, and whoever she wanted to be. "Amazing," She whispered awestruck. She really didn't want to get on Pixie's bad side, but had an unpleasant feeling that she might end up there anyways. "I suppose it'd be my turn? What do you want me to do?" She asked once her senses returned to her.

"Hmmmm...whatever you think is the coolest part of your abilities, go ahead and do, please. I saw the ability to turn lights and electronics on and off," Roxy said, changing back.

"Well, I control electrical currents," Elvira held her palms close together, but not touching, and had the electricity arc across the gap. "Meaning I can control most anything that's powered by a battery or some sort of charge," She grinned beneath her bandanna. "That also makes me a walking taser with the ability to change how bad the shock is, from a little static shock to the power of an electric chair, or perhaps even a lightning bolt. Though I haven't tested how much wattage I could actually put out..." She decided it'd probably be better to not explain that if she uses too much she'll pass out.

Elvira chuckled and let her hands fall to her sides. "Single touch yes, but unstoppable no, I can't think of anyone who doesn't have some sort of weakness." She stretched out her back a bit. "Seeing as I'm new here, why don't you show me where you usually go on a watch."

Elvira's stomach flipflopped inside her. She put her hand in Roxy's tentatively. "Ready." What was Pixie going to do? Was she going to take her flying? What would that be like?

The thought of flying sounded amazing, but if her bandanna came off, or her hood came down she could be easier to identify, so that was out of the question. "I'm used to running on the rooftops, so that's what I'll do." Elvira withdrew her hand and pulled up one of her legs stretching it.

Roxy nodded, keeping her wings in place but ready to run with her. "Sounds good to me," she said, tempted to add what Elvira had said earlier. But she choose not to.

Elvira took off sprinting and leaped across the alley separating the buildings. The next building was shorter, so when she leapt she tucked her head and rolled over her shoulders up to her feet and using the momentum got back into running.

Roxy was impressed, watching this strange but awesome woman run. She made sure to check the alleys as they passed, looking for any sign of danger or criminal activity.
