I usually hear music, read books, staying alone. Sometimes watching
on light, crisp, comedy anime makes feling happy. I put this one on
my signature cause it was really chilling. Watchig sad movies does
too. When watching, your feelings takes out the love feelings. You
felt calm. And sometimes looking at fresh, surroundings.. fresh
smells, and stay out of electronics, i recommend yoga and reading
books and hearing music. Hearing music like happy ones or sad ones
help. Ok, thats all im gonna say, im a bit depressed too, so i can
feel you. And you need hugs. Write a journal. And cry! It helps. So
you can let out your emotions, and be happy. Talk to a friend also
