Title: why I recommend Tokyo ghoul?

I'd recommend it. Not only does it have interesting action scenes and ghoul (cool) powers, but psychological elements as well. It's about a person who was changed into a monster and has to deal with a radically new life (that includes eating people) while trying to hold on to normalcy and sanity. If you can stomach some of the gorier scenes (If you can get through Hellsing, you'd be fine with tokyo ghoul mask) it's a good read/watch.
