I think there should be A feature that lets you click one of your boxs. Unlike the Mass-clicking you only click a section. Many people have a "favorites" or "special" box, and would be helpful to be able to click them, all together, instead of one by one. Also You COULD make a click-list however, I find it easy to mess up in the making and adding new pokemon.

Benefit:
Not having to click a box one by one.
Easy training for you favorite pokemon.
Not mass-clicking everything, when you just want to do a box.
Saves time of Making a Click-list.

Non-Benefits:

Secondly, mass-clicking will lose it meaning. It won't be "Mass" clicking, it will be "Box" clicking instead.

Thirdly, there is NO WAY to stop someone from interacting your Box, unless the Blocking User system is implemented. Any 'troll' or people who just random mass-click users can click any of your boxes and then 'poof', Pokemon evolved. If there is a way to stop it, I would like this. But if there isn't, it ruins this meaning.

I think this would really come in handy with boxes, A "please train" box, is a good example of a box this would come in handy for.

Ooh I like this idea because I have people mass clicking me and I don't like it because I have WAY too many Pokemon and I get Pokemon not holding an everstone like I wanted them to and they end up evolving. :D

I totally agree! I would probably use this. I really don't want people to interact with some of my pokemon (not for fear of evolving-I have 650 everstones) and I put all my important pokemon on widgets on my profile. I support this idea.
I lose some dex entries whenever someone mass clicks me. (That is because I am too lazy to put everstones on pokemons)
But I do have pokemons that I want to be clicked by people, but cannot put on my party due to various reasons. This idea would be a good solution of that. I won't lose dex entries, and I can train only the pokemons I want.

D: I don't have patience enough to do so and it makes me feel anxious because it takes so long--i really hope this idea goes through. (I never click my storage pokemon due to it--had to click someone elses pokemon in my house hold for them while they had to go to class--it said that they had already mass clicked when i typed their username but when i went to the storage box it said none of those pokemon had been trained :,(..they have a lot of pokemon so i was so disappointed. )
