The wolf handling Jinx set her down in an unfamiliar place, and she immediately looked around for her brother. The twin he-pup's barks and growls could easily be heard from half a mile, and she bounded next to him. "What is your business with us!" He yelped at a he-wolf that had come to see them. An ebony she-wolf leaned down at them. "Scar, we have us some rogue pups." She said to the he-wolf.
Torn yelped at her and his sharp teeth sank into her nose, making her pull back with an annoyed mutter. Jinx's shoulder pressed against her brother's. It was hard to ignore the wolves staring at them, the way the seemed to have the power to determine their fate. "Torn... I'm kind of scared..." Jinx whispered into her brother's ear. He just nodded and pressed his nose comfortingly to her cheek.

shimmer walked over and tilted her head.
''where did you find them...?'' she asked, looking up at ruby.
''they were in the forest by themselves... we brought them here that way no stupid fox tries to eat them'' ruby said.
''yeah.. and they have bad attitude's...'' zero grumbled.
shimmer laid down and edged forward, sniffing them in curiosity.
''they don't smell like a pack wolves pup's..'' she murmured.
white-fang walked over and sniffed the pup's pelt's.
''they just smell like the bushes near the boarder's..... they must have been abandon there there..'' he grumbled, ear's pinned back in annoyance.
scar nudged his brother back and sighed.
''ease up on the attitude brother, otherwise i will demote you back to trainee'' he said, a slight growl rumbling in his throat.
white-fang growled quietly at scar, hackles raised and teeth bared.
ruby rolled her eye's and whacked them both in the head.
white-fang snarled and leaped at ruby, teeth sinking into her leg.
shimmer grabbed both of the pup's by the scruff and pulled them away from the fighting.

scar grabbed his brother's tail and bit down hard, causing white-fang to let ruby go and go after him.
they both started fighting now, just a blur of fur as they fought.
ruby whimpered and backed away, licking the bite wound on her leg.
zero went over next to her and helped clean the wound.
scar pinned white-fang down and snarled, teeth bared and hackles raised.
''i've become the superior brother white-fang... i'm now stronger.. yield, before i do something we'll both regret...'' he growled.
white-fang whimpered and pinned his ear's back.

(So mean XD)
"Stop fighting!" The ebony she-wolf yowled, her teeth sinking into Scar's tail and harshly yanking him off of White-fang. She didn't glance at the white he-wolf on the ground. "It's time to discuss what we are to do with these pups. They were abandoned by their mother, most likely." The she-wolf siad, more calmly.
Torn's head perked up, and Jinx yelped a tiny bit at the fast, unexpected motion her brother had performed. "We weren't abandoned! Our mother would never abandon us!" He growled, ears pinning back slightly. The ebony she-wolf sighed.
"Young one, all abandoned rogue pups think that at first..." She said softly. "That's not what he meant." Jinx said shyly. The she-wolf's eyes turned to her, which made her scoot back a bit. "Our mother died protecting us from... from our father." She said, even quieter. The she-wolf nodded and backed away. "I am Torn, and this is Jinx." Torn said boldly. Jinx nodded in confirmation, shivering a bit with her side pressed against Torn's.

white-fang sat up and whimpered slightly, ear's pinned back as his gaze seemed more cloudy then usual.
he got up and limped to the grotto, wobbling a little due to the fight.
scar just went to the healer's den, ignoring everyone he walked past.
shimmer nuzzled the pup's head's gently and sat up.
''your mother must have been a brave wolf to fight your father away from hurting you... be very thankful your alive today, and be thankful for your mother's protection..'' she murmured softly.
ruby sighed and leaned against zero.
''you'll be safe here you two...'' she muttered.
zero nodded in agreement.

Torn's eyes narrowed furiously. "Who said we were staying here--" Jinx's tail rested on his shoulder. "Excuse my older brother. We are both in difficult times and quite confused... thank you," she said softly. Torn looked at her, surprised. She was usually the quiet one; it was a rare account that Jinx would make a decision. "Jinx," he said firmly. "We're staying, Torn. They've offered it to us and we should take it," she said softly. Torn just nodded and looked up to Ruby. "Where are we staying? We're totally fine with sleeping in the middle of camp if we take up too much space..."

ruby sighed.
''shimmer, take them to the pup den... i need to go get this bite wound checked..'' she grumbled, heading to the healer's den with some support from zero.
shimmer nodded and nudged both of their shoulder's.
''follow me young one's'' she said, walking toward's the pup den.

Torn growled a bit at the touch, but to Jinx it felt comforting and soft. They both scurried in after Shimmer.

shimmer sighed and picked up her pup, laying down and setting vanilla near her belly.
''the pup den usually isn't that crowded... but it's nice and quiet in here'' she said, looking at torn and jinx.

Suddenly two trainees burst into the Pup Den, yowling loudly at each other. Jinx backed up, her flank pressed against Torn's and her ears pinned back. Her twin seemed unaffected by the sudden burst of arguing. "There is no way I'll ever do that!" The one trainee yelled, and clamped her teeth onto the he-trainee's trail. The he-wolf yowled and bowled the she-trainee over, and they both got stuck in a fight.
(YAAY GREAT TIMING!!)

shimmer quickly moved vanilla over to willow and snarled, snapping her teeth on both of the trainee's ear's.
''break it up! go take your argument somewhere else, cause your going to wake up the pup's!!'' she snapped, hackles raised and teeth bared.
for being a calm and kind husky, she didn't seem to tolerate any fighting near pup's.

(I kind of want her to boss them around more because I love torturing my characters XD)
The trainees whimpered, their ears pinning down and their tail hanging in shame. They both scurried out of the Pup Den, making Jinx's eyes widen in surprise. She glanced at Shimmer, who she now looked at with admiration.

shimmer huffed in irritation and went back over to where she was laying and flopped onto her side, gently picking vanilla up and setting her pup down by her belly.
''gosh... i hate it when those trainee's come near the den like that.....'' she grumbled, resting her muzzle down onto her paw's.

white-fand laid in the grotto, looking down at the pond as he was lost in thought.
his wound's from the fight weren't so bad, but his coat was still stained with some blood from a couple wound's.

(Okay... random war plot twists.)
(Just wait. It gets better.
Ivy looked up at Blade, whom had summoned the whole entire pack to a meeting. "Today is the day we attack the Wolves of the Shadows," his ebony-black pelt seemed to bask in the sunlight. A roar of approval rummaged through the crowd of younger wolves. The older and more respected wolves, including Ivy and a small amount of others, had a glint of pride in their eyes at the most. Blade's tail swished, and the rowdy crowd silenced. "After we attack them, the Wolves of the Shadows will cease to exist. No longer will their paws tread the territory of the Savages," Blade continued. Ivy's teeth gritted every so slightly. She hated the name Savages and despised every moment blade mentioned their pack under that name. Soon, Ivy thought, looking up to the Alpha. "Any wolf who has doubts in their selves may leave the battlefield and the Savages," a few wolves grew uneasy. Ivy stayed firm. "Silently we will move in towards their base. After we sneak in..." Ivy's claws dug into the ground.
"Rip their hearts out!" Blade roared, and the Pack grew rowdy once more. As the Pack quieted down, the wolves silently dashed through the forest. They ceased to make sound or snap any twigs, and Ivy began to dread the moment when they neared the camp. No more time for games... Ivy and the pack drew closer. She was in the front, next to Blade. It's time. They reached the camp, and the guard in front's eyes widened.
"Intruders!" The guard shrieked. His yells silenced as Blade's claws dug through his neck. Three wolves gathered at the front, and Ivy braced herself. Echo... Tiger... She named the wolves. Scar... More wolves joined them, but they were only outnumbered by the Savages by a sliver. You'd better fight well. The Savages rushed into battle, with screeches and growls and claw slashes everywhere. Blade cornered Scar, Echo, and Tiger along with another wolf. Ivy leaped next to Blade, snarling.

shimmer, dagger, and willow all took their pup's through a secret tunnel that was in the very far corner of the pup den while one of the trainee's helped all the nursing wolves with their pup's and the one's that can already walk and see while others fought off wolves that were trying to get in, and with the secret tunnel being wide enough for the nursing mother's and pup's to sneak through and well hidden, the she-wolves and all the pup's were never seen.

ruby had tried to sneak out but ended up being brutally attacked as she tried to escape, but zero came in and returned the same brutality and strength that was used to knock ruby to the ground and stood over her, breathing heavily as he bled from several wound's, growing weak himself as he tried to patch of ruby's wound's.

scar snarled and bared his teeth at blade.
''you will never win this fight you savage!!'' he snapped, keeping calm and collected as he stood against the brute wolf.
and you will never harm my family or friend's... you won't destroy this pack!!! he mentally shouted, his anger growing more and more with every minute.
he looked at ivy and his anger just grew worse.
''and you!!!! you traitor!!'' he bellowed.
scar lunged for blade's neck, jaw wide open and teeth gleaming in the light.

white-fang joined in the fight and started to attack any wolf he was close to, savagely tearing into them without mercy, his snowy white coat completely soaked with a crimson red from his fallen victim's.
the calmness and kind he once had was gone, he was now in rage mode and was mercilessly killing one rogue wolf from blade's pack to another.

Blade tilted his head down, zipping to the side and slashing his claws across Scar's flank. Blade slammed his paw onto Scar's side, holding him down with his teeth locked in a position to twist his neck. "I've been waiting for this moment," Ivy said, watching Blade about to kill Scar from the side. In confusion, Blade looked up and Ivy slammed her head into the ebony wolf's side. Her teeth crammed into Blade's neck, and she twisted brutally with enraging emotions that only made it easier. Blade's teeth clamped her onto her paw and twisted it a moment before he fell to the ground, blood falling out of his mouth.
"He's right..." Blade murmured. The wolf that had been in the trio moments before Blade was killed lunged himself at Ivy. "You are a traitor," Blade's voice grew smaller, and he limped uselessly on the ground. "Ivy!" Tiger yowled as the Savage's teeth bared. "I will kill you with every painful move I know!" The Savage yowled at Ivy. His claws sliced at her stomach, sending pain through it and a deep gash. Tiger bowled himself into the Savage, sending the wolf to the ground. Ivy just laughed. "I'm a traitor," she murmured, looking at Scar. "But not towards the Wolves of the Shadows."

"Ivy!" Tiger bellowed as she lay her head in the soft grass. It was as if his heart and anger had poured out into his screams. Ivy watched, silently as the now grown he-wolf murmured her name continuously. "Don't be in despair," she murmured, forcing her voice not to croak. I am strong. "Take care of your siblings for me. Take care of the pack for me," Ivy said somewhat boldly.
Tiger crouched over her like a pup, still whispering her name. "Stay strong, Tiger. Live a life of joy, because that's what I want you to do..." Her name escaped Tiger's mouth one more time before she purposely closed her eyes, and gave herself away. She wistfully slept to the feeling of the soft grass and Tiger's bushy fur, feeling the wind joyously play with her own soft, soft pelt. Fight hard, Wolves of the Shadows.

(Faltered a bit at the end tho...)

white-fang carefully picked up his brother and limped to the healer's den to see if the healer was still there or ran off to safety.
zero did the same thing and took ruby to the healer's den.
white-fang limped back out and huffed.
''are you alright...?'' he asked, looking at echo.
the trainee that had been in the pup den came running out and sighing.
''all the pup mother's and pup's are at safety...'' he murmured to echo.

"Ivy," Echo murmured, pawing the she-wolf. She sighed, looking wistfully at Tiger. "I'm fine for now. I'd be depressed, but I can't be right now. I'm worried about Tiger though..." The he-wolf stood blankly over his mother, like a corpse whose only purpose was to be in despair and breathe. Echo let out another wistful breath, as if she had been holding it, and leaned her head against White-fang's shoulder. "I can't carry this burden."

white-fang looked at her with a confused look.
''carry what burden..?'' he asked.
the trainee went back to the pup den and called into the tunnel for the other wolves to come back.
white-fang sat down and curled his tail around echo, looking around camp as he listen's to what she had to say.
