In what was once North America, the Capitol of Panem maintains its hold on its 13 districts by forcing them each to select a boy and a girl, called Tributes, to compete in a nationally televised event called the Hunger Games. Every citizen must watch as the youths fight to the death until only one remains.
It is now year 30XX. Years after the failed revoltuion of Katniss Everdeen, the Girl on Fire, the Capital now holds a tighter hold on the districts then ever. President Snow still lives, though he's not all human. Humans have mutated in the aftermath of the war and developed strange powers. But even after the failed revoltuion, District 13 threatens to over ride the Capital in secret. Your job is to survive the Games for as long as you can in hopes of escape.
"This year on the 150th anual Hunger Gagmes, as a reminder to the rebels that teh Capital has the greatest power, the tributes will be choosen by the Capital citizens. (Meaning every tribute will be picked by the Capital citizens.)"

Eve appears to be a human child but is rather an AI capable of aging, thought, speech, and nearly everything that a human can do. She was given robotic parts internally to match that of human anatomy and realistic skin/flesh to seem human. To add to the illusion of her being human, Eve was given small blood bags, artificial tear ducts, artificial nerves that regenerate if damaged.

Character's appearnce (use image if desired): Blonde hair, grey eyes, about 6'5". He commonly wears a mask over his eyes, although it looks like a blindfold. It's crimson red, and he can see through it easily, although nobody can look back through at his eyes.

Personality Fulminare is a strong, cold, fierce and highly disciplined killer and warrior; brutish is most definitely her middle name. She is quite able to hold her own in combat and politics, something she always seeks to use to her advantage. Fulminare tends to be on the more direct and frank side of things as well as impatience at times. Despite having only recently been thrown into the Games, she has decades of knowledge under her belt; and she leads with cold political cunning and experience. Fulminare is a total wallflower, yet she has her assertive moments and this tends to get her to butt heads with people around her. A stone cold killer on the outside, she’s blunt, calculating, vicious and ruthless in a fight with a primal urge for dominance; however, to the few people she trusts, they are under her protective wing forever, and she is loyal to her deathbed. She even has a loving side, rare as it is to be shown. It can be said, easily, that Fulminare loves the thrill of battle, and has been known to make an example of anyone who dares threaten her or her loved ones quite ruthlessly.

Name: He's forgotten his name, but adapted to be called 76 or Derek
Character's appearnce (use image if desired): He wears a face mask of stained porcelain, it's color dark grey with a red knife painted on at the right temple. He's of average height for his age, and his hair is white. His clothing usually consists of a white tuxedo in anything that doesn't revolve around battle, and a pair of white gloves. I'm battle, he removes his mask and changes to a sleeveless shirt and athletic shorts.

Backstory: He was born without an obvious power, hence being a disgrace to his family, all of whom had manifested quite powerful abilities. His father, being fairly wealthy, found a way to get 76 into a technological test, a test to find out if technology could be fully compatible with flesh. His legs were the most compatible with the metal, the technology in his arms being somewhat dysfunctional. (All is revealed when he prepares for battle)
