This suggestion was just going to be for adding Position on the Strongest Pokemon Ranklist, but as I’m typing it out, it sort of turned into an idea for competition which could even become a new Event Distribution Method.


Original Idea:
On Party Page, you can find a button saying “Would you like to go for Strongest Pokemon?”
Clicking on it allows you to choose a Pokemon in your Party
Verification will be asked, then a Pop Up saying “Good Luck”

Why is this necessary?
Because the system no longer needs to scan millions of Pokemon to find and compare the Strongest. It simply has to scan those Entered into the Strongest Pokemon system.


Improved Medal Rally Idea

Turn Medal Rally into a month long Contest, and extend to Top 50 people. At the end of the month, those who placed receive a Gift Bag.

First Place: 20 Items
Second Place: 15 Items
Third Place: 10 Items
4th-25th Place: 5 Items
26th-50th Place: 3 Items

Possible Prizes Include:
5-50 Nuggets
75k-750k PokeDollar
1-5 Boxes
1 Mega Stone
100-1000 Event Points
25-100 Dream Points
Summon Item
And much more, but these give you an idea of what to add

We could even turn this into a new Event Distribution Method, where Top 50 in each Category would receive a new Event or Mega Pokemon. Maybe even a fun way of obtaining all the Galar Pokemon, or even the different Alcremie forms (although those could be added as Festival or Speed Click Event Prizes, too)

Question:
If I placed in all four Rallies, would I be able to claim four Eggs?

Answer:
No. Only your highest Rank will award you an Egg. This will ensure 200 DIFFERENT Players receive an Egg, even if they did not place Top 50.

The higher you place, the better your odds are of getting something good (due to more Items), but 1st can still come out behind while 45th gets a Mega and Summon stone. It’s all a matter of RNG.

While I generally support the idea to make more of the Medal Rally, I have a few caveats.

It favors users with time and ressources on their hands, which are usually those who have been here the longest / those who have the ability to be online pretty much every waking hour. This could exceedingly frustrate users on the "lower ranks" on site, who can't pour that much energy into feeding berries / leveling up a single Pokémon / hatch non-stop / play Coinflip non-stop.

And while I would definitely benefit from this change, I think it would tilt the competition into something that isn't really enjoyable. I like that the Medal Rally is just that - a small part of the site. While I sometimes wonder if it could benefit from giving out something more than the medal icon on your Userpage. It might need a lot of refining before it can be implemented at all.
