Angell rolls his eyes: At least you weren’t the ones who actually tested it, that’s why I had to have someone reattach a few of my fingers..

You land right next to Creulen Cave.

Angell: But that problems been fixed and it only happens every 500 teleports or so.

All of a sudden, a strong tailwind whips up. Felix jumps off the back of Bandit and arrives at Cerulean City a lot faster then expected. As if predicting the question, Felix indicates the weakening tailwind produced by his pokemon.
