"Well.. Yeah, I suppose that could work." Flair mused. She tapped the table thoughtfully. "I saw a TM for flame charge up for sale today, but Aki insisted we should save our money. Are all guilds weird about money? Because sometimes we'll get huuuge rewards, but most of it will go to the guild." She shrugged.

Crona was watching Scorch but didn't make it noticeable "Are you sure it's a good idea to trust him?" She asked Hino quietly

Hino looked over to Crona in slight surprise. "Why wouldn't it be a good idea to trust him?" He whispered back.

Scorch had the feeling that he was being watched. He looked around for a moment and shook his head clear. "I'm sure you'll find the TM you'll like" he said kindly to Flair. "I mean as for the money thing. Maybe it goes towards getting food, and keeping the guild safe" he suggested.

Chomp overheard Crona from where he sat he glanced over to Spring in slight concern. Are they going to kick him out?

"I just don't have a good feeling about him, remember the last pokemon Spring brought in? they killed your partner." She whispered but said the last thing telepathically.

Spring shrugged and glanced at Crona quickly.

Hino looked at Crona uncertainly. "So what do you want us to do. Just kick him out?" He said quietly.

Scorch overheard this one he had the feeling that he wasn't welcome. "I-I can go i-if you want me to" he said suddenly and flinched.

Chomp looked over to Scorch and shook his head before glancing at Crona.

"Wait are you going to kick him out because I brought him in? Just because of the last pokemon I brought?!" Spring snapped standing and slamming her paws on the table causing the room to go quiet

"I never said that, I just-" "Don't you dare finish that sentence!" Spring growled, cutting Crona off.

Scorch frowned and jumped out of the chair he ran out of the dining room quickly. "Scorch wait!" Chomp said in shock, and growled at Crona. "Not every Pokémon is untrustworthy!" He snapped angrily and ran after the Cyndaquil without waiting for Crona to respond.

Hino looked at Crona and shook his head "I understand your concern, but I highly doubt that Cyndaquil was a threat." He said evenly.

"Wa--" Aki started, and Flair slammed one paw over his mouth to silence him. She glanced at Chomp and Scorch and frowned, turning her gaze to Crona. She removed her paw and stood, slamming her paws on the table.

"What the heck was that? He was right there. If you want to talk about us, do it somewhere we can't hear you." The little fire type spat.

Spring walked up to Crona "Never judge so quickly, you may get yourself hurt." She said putting a paw on her hip.

Crona stood up but a few inches shorter than Spring "What are you going to do? Whine to a man and have them fight me?" she asked with a smirk which caused Spring to giggle which confused her.

"Honey you're looking at the pokemon that made the top 5 greatest solo dungeon explorer before I met Hino so watch what you say sweetheart." Spring said with a cold tone.

Hino growled and exchanged a glance with Chance. "Crona that's enough! You really shouldn't judge so quickly. I mean Scorch is no older than Chomp, and you just made two children go out at night alone" he said angrily. "We need to find them before Darkrai does. You know he'll throw anyone into a nightmare without a second thought if they're running through Taiyo City at night" he said lowly.

"Scorch wait!" Chomp yelled and looked around the dark city uneasily. Everyone always went in before the sun set due to Darkrai, the citizens knew that, but Scorch was still new.

"Go home Chomp! I don't want your friends thinking I hurt you!" Scorch snapped and continued through the town. He was heading towards a forest near the town when a shadow began to follow the two.

"If you'll exuse me, I'm going to help them, I'll deal with you later." Spring said and pushed past Crona and ran out of the guild.

"Wha-- Darkrai?!" Aki cried, hopping to his feet. "You're all the worst!" He shouted, storming out of the guild. "'M gonna help too!"

"Wait for me!" Flair yowled, sprinting after her partner.

Hino sighed and got to his paws. "It's fine Crona again I understand your concern, but Chance examined Scorch earlier and if he was a Zoroark then he would have lost his illusion while she worked on him" he said gently.

Chance blinked "we should go find them before Darkrai does" she whispered obviously concerned for her adopted son and the newcomer.

"Scorch we need to go back" Chomp said quickly and ran after Scorch.

"I'm not going back!" Scorch snapped, and turned to look at Chomp. "I'm not wanted there it'd be better if I stayed away from you and that hostile guild" he snarled.

Chomp flinched and shook his head clear. "It's not safe out here though we need to find shelter at least." He said quietly.

"Shelter? Yeah I'm heading to a mystery dungeon so I can fit in with the Pokémon that live there." He said dully.

"Those Pokémon are outlaws! You don't belong out there" Chomp protested crossly.

"I am an outlaw according to that Braixen" he snarled and continued on.

Chomp shook his head "Crona is just cautious. Come on we need to get inside before Darkr-" he was cut off when a shadow ball knocked him backwards.

"Chomp!" Scorch said in shock and ran to Chomp's side he looked around and held a fighting stance.

"Hehehe two Pokémon for my nightmares. Oh how this will be lovely to come up with an idea on how to make you both suffer" a voice said darkly and hit Scorch with a shadow ball from behind. Scorch fell forward and squeaked in shock. He looked up and saw Darkrai.

"D-DARKRAI?!" Cloud gasps. She grabbed a petrify wand and flew outside. She didn't like to fight, but there was no way she was going to let Darkrai hurt them.

"I hear them!" Aki hollered, sprinting forward. He skidded to a halt and panicked. "Guys!" He cried.

"Ember!" Flair called, launching herself off Aki's head to launch the attack at Darkrai.

Darkrai snarled and flinched when the ember hit him. He was hit by ice beam on his shoulder and snarled. "Come on Chomp get up" Scorch said lowly and tried to wake the Totodile up. Darkrai then laughed.

"You're a little late for him kid" Darkrai snarled, and used a dark void knocking Chomp into a nightmare, but missing Scorch. The Cyndaquil squeaked in shock and stumbled back he ran to the void, and grabbed Chomp's paw.

"I-I'm not letting you hurt him!" Scorch said quietly and attempted to drag Chomp out of the void. He managed to get Chomp out, and was knocked aside by a shadow ball. The Cyndaquil struggled to stay awake from the effects of the dark void.

Spring grabbed the two young pokemon and used another ice beam then used protect. "We need to go, NOW!" She said and started to make her way back to the guild.

"Leave them ALONE!" Cloud yells, waves the petrify wand at Darkrai. She wasn't sure if it was going to work, but she didn't have alot of attacking moves.

"We can't just leave now!" Flair protested angrily as she launched another Ember at Darkrai. Aki attempted to pull her back and she shook herself free and attempted to use another Ember.
