Bro the first overall pick is going to a play in team???? like WHAT???? Ottawa had a combined 25% chance at 1st overall with their 2 picks and they dropped to 3rd and 5th??? Sabres got 8th overall which isnt a surprise, but like, cmon bruh. Now one of:
Toronto
Chicago
Edmonton
Pittsburgh
Calgary
Winnipeg
(among the others) could win 1st overall and get Lafreniere. That makes me so mad. These teams were all clearly good enough to make the playoffs, they dont need the 1st overall pick! and the Rangers will get the Hurricanes pick if they beat them, so they have a chance at getting the 1st overall pick whether they win or lose. The New York Rangers could win the Stanley Cup and still get 1st overall pick. Absolutely disgusting.
And if, for some reason, the play-in round doesn't get played, the bottom 8 teams all have an equal shot at 1OA. Guess who one of the bottom 8 teams is? Yep, the Rangers! So literally no matter what happens, there is a chance that the Rangers will get 1st overall. As insane as Lafreniere and Panarin would be together, I really do not want the Rangers getting that pick. It really should've gone to Ottawa or Detroit because they actually needed it, but now it's going to go to a team that was already playoff ready.

im already 10 into this shiny hunt after starting it yesterday which is pretty good imo, at this rate ill hit the max shiny chance in 3 days plus with a fairly steady stream of eggs coming from the daycare and tall grass itll be easy

im also making good progress on the dex, finally added Hoenn to the first post and ive got a decent amount of pokemon from there already. castforms and deoxys are gonna be the killers there

johto is looking really clean, all ive gotta worry about are the unowns and suicune, and for suicune im just gonna buy it from the game center once this hunt is done. unova is looking a little... uh... 😬 i'll figure it out. the extra legendary forms are gonna kill me

outside of the site ive been vibing, NHL draft lottery is tonight, hopefully the Sabres will get a good pick, im gonna be going out driving on sunday which will be fun, and event 2 of the Marble League is coming up soon too, so i got a lot to look forward to lol
