After Sun & Moon are released.
I'd say around a month after it's released, since some people don't want to be spoiled, and may not be able to buy the game as soon as it gets released.
So maybe around December and on wards.
And as far as I know, they won't all be released at once. When 6th gen was released, the Pokemon were being released/obtainable here one at a time, or in small groups at a time. I mean, we only had Carbink become obtainable a few months ago, and Volcanion as well (2 months ago). And some are still not added, like Hoopa and Diancie. So it'll be quite a while until they are all added.

There's no difference with there being a PSD version and a png version though? It's grayscale colouring, and there is a clear tutorial here. It's the same process for whatever the file format is.
And there's nothing hard with the overlay thing. Just go to your layer effects and click "overlay". Simple.
If you don't have any good art programs, you could ask someone to make it for you, though you would need to normally pay them.

	FireAlpaca isn't really a good art program in my honest opinion. I suggest you use SAI (or other stuff like Sketchbook Pro, or Clipstudio paint, but those are rather expensive) [Read more]
