Emera Square Event
Hey everyone, my name is May and I'm from the Hoenn region. It's so nice to finally be back!
Wow, has it been four years already since I've visited Emera Town last? ... I've been wanting to comeback every year, but life in Hoenn is super busy! Team Magma had come back, causing new troubles. But together with my brother Max, my father Norman and my boyfriend Drew, we were able to stop their evil plans once more. ... For now.

Anyway! The Devon Corporation is organizing a Berry Battle every year in the Hoenn-Region. If you've been around for a few years, you might recall that I have also hosted them in Emera. They were always such a great success, so we decided to organize another one! It's an incredibly exciting event which is all about the power of berries—so much fun! If you're interested in participating, then please come to the Emera Square so I can tell you all about it.

As always, there are great prizes you can win in this contest: A special rumble map to the Hoenn region, a special type of fishing rod, and my favourite Retro Pokémon!

Daydreams and Nightmares
New Event Distribution
Are you a daydreamer or a hunter of nightmares? The choice is yours in a new Event Distribution!
Many in Emera Town believe that the dreams of its residents are not decided by explainable phenomena. They say that good dreams only happen because there are good spirits protecting you from nightmares. And others say, that bad dreams are the cause of evil spirits, that haunt you while you sleep. ... Others, however, claim that this is all just a superstition.
It's time to find out if these rumors are true in a brandnew Event Distribution! Collect enough Activity Points until August 25th and choose between one of two new Event eggs.

The Nightmare version is a winning spriting contest entry by our member Hime-Nyan. Congratulations!
The Daydream version has been created by our spriter staff - coincidentally, way before the contest happened! Having two Event Pokemon that fit together so well was completely unintended. But here you go - we hope you enjoy!

New events and future work
A message from Prof. Rowan: "Goodness gracious me, has it really been 11 years since I've started hiring trainers for my current research? Has it really been over 11 years since I've made my last big breakthrough? ... Uh *coughs* I mean... We've obviously made big progress in the last years as well! Lots'a hatched eggs, lots'a Pokemon evolved, lots'a mysteries uncovered... Yes, no, now that I think about it, I think we can certainly be proud of the last 11 years we've spent together. We've certainly have had a good time, haven't we? All the hours we've spent at the annual fun fair, all the hours we've spent sitting around honey trees. All the hours our Pokemon have spent exploring various areas nearby. All the hours we've spent dreaming at the beach.
... But there's no reason to become sentimental! Our journey is not over yet."

Pride Event
Event Distribution
In the Pokémon world, everyone is treated equally, regardless of the region one comes from, of whom one loves, or what pattern one has on their wings! What we love about the Pokémon world is exactly that it is full of this freedom and openness for diversity. There are over a thousand different species of Pokemon out there, all having their own strengths and weaknesses, are of different types, colours, sizes and weight. And isn't this grand diversity exactly what we value so much about this fantasy world we all dearly love? And why should real life be any different?
Celebrate pride month with us with a re-distribution of a special pattern Vivillon. This event can be claimed until June 30th, 4PM.

Storm clouds over Emera
New Event Distribution
Emera Town is known for its stormy weather, it feels like almost every other day that the beach closes down due to heavy thunderstorms coming from the seaside. Trainers have long adapted and started wearing special hats, and it seems like the regional Pokemon are slowly evolving to adapt to these weathers as well.
One of these Pokemon is currently being studied by our local Professor Rowan: He has already discovered that this particular Pokemon has not only changed its shape, but also its type. Help Rowan and find out more about this peculiar species!

This Event Distribution runs until June 11th, 1pm. The new Event Pokemon is a winning contest submission by our trainer Amuu. More winners will be revealed soon!

Celebrating 250k Members
+ new Event Distribution
A few hours ago, our 250,000th trainer has signed up on PokeHeroes - this is a huge milestone which needs to be celebrated! In other news, it is time to announce the first winner of our most recent spriting contest. *drumrolls* And the winners is... Fionna, congratulations!
Their beautiful sprite creation can be obtained in an Event Distribution until May 23rd, 11AM. This new Pokemon species started levitating higher and higher, in an attempt to escape the rowdy Pokemon on land. And now they seem to quite like the cooler weather up there!

New Solar Spheres
Earth Day Event
Today is Earth Day—an annual global event to celebrate and show support for the great environment our home planet has to offer. Not only must we show gratefulness for all the sweet fruits, gorgeous sights and lovely summer breezes our planet has to offer. But we must also remember to show respect to this very place we call our home: be it by planting a tree, picking up litter, or trying to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. Every tiny step is important to preserve the most valuable place we have.

In this new Event Distribution, you can get two new sphere items to evolve your Solar Eevee: Choose between Earth Sphere and Uranus Sphere after having collected enough Activity Points. This event ends on May 2nd at 8AM (server time). On top of that, during the event period you can purchase strongly discounted Event Passes for Solar Eevee at the Event Shop.
