How much time does Apicot berry needs to level up?

(in my case I've harvested 3x times (mind you it takes 2hrs for the berry to grow) and when i turn it back to seeds it just won't level up >=D )

If anybody has Tanga berry (Level 1),
please let me know. I'll buy it with PD.
