I'm amazed at all the shiny mega pokes I see when interacting. I usually see one person has 3-4. That has to be so difficult and time consuming to accomplish. Like shiny mega Rayquaza?

Why...are people not specific on the GTS?? "Offer some PD" or "offer some gems". And when I offer what I think is a decent amount...it's rejected?? Just say what you want! Or "no offers below x amount". This is how most people negotiate irl
