Here's the sign-ups
You wake in the medium-sized room they'd shoved you into. A few thin, rickety bunk beds are shoved to one wall, a couple of them messed up, but most are made neatly. he other wall is covered in carefully arranged tally marks and words scratched into the metal with something very sharp. The door has no handle that can be seen, or even a tiny window.
You may begin.

For a second, Eura didn't really think all that much about where she had ended up. Her wing ached, immediately alerting her that she had slept on it and would probably be aching the rest of the day. That was normal. What decidedly wasn't normal was the noise her horn made on the floor.

Immediately she sat up, feeling around her. "...Damnit," She muttered, glancing around.

"Might have an idea," Eura replied rather flatly, getting to her feet. Yup, her back hurt too. But that might also be because her wings ached. One led to the other. Stretching, she turned around and looked at the two. "But a sure answer? Nope."

Chae flinched at the voices, curling into a slightly tighter ball. He was in his usual position, wedged in a corner between a bed and the wall, a book in his hands. He shrunk into his turtleneck a little, and Joshua patted him reassuringly on the head from where he was sitting on the bed, reading over Chae's shoulder. He barely spared a glance towards the newcomers, but Chae was opening staring with wide, frightened eyes.

Lizzy: *sigh* well it looks like we’re stuck here Kaz.

"Eura," She introduced, stretching out her wings slightly. She caught sight of the tally marks in the wall and narrowed her eyes. That all but confirmed her suspicion.

Cracking her knuckles, she wandered to the door (if you can even call it that, more like a section of wall that could be removed) and tapped on it with a calloused knuckle. "That won't work. Perfect," She mumbled mostly to herself, looking to the others. The two in the corner caught her eye but she didn't say anything, more concerned with getting a feel for her surroundings than making friends.

Keita looks around confusingly, “why am I here? Where are my family? Am I gonna die?!?!” Keita thought to herself. She tries to calm down and walk around, she stops and sit down as in everything was fine.

Lizzy stood up and then helped her brother up putting him on one of the neatly layed beds and walked over to the area where Eura was standing to check out the ‘door’ she was looking at . Thinking she could get it to fall down she took a short running start and bashed into the ‘door’ but it didnt work, some of her feathers from her wings falling out in the process . Meanwhile Kaz went to talk to the other person.

Kaz: h-hello! Im Kaz and that over there is my sister Lizzy!

Chae nudged Joshua when there was a bang from Lizzy bashing into the door, glancing at him. They seemed to have a whole conversation with just their eyes in a few seconds. With a sigh, Joshua leaned back and turned to Eura and Lizzy. "We've tried everything, it won't work. It's useless. Don't hurt yourself trying, no one will be around to fix it if you get a broken arm or wing," he said in a pleasant tone, as if he was having a nice chat about the weather.

"Hey, woah, calm down. No need to get your feathers in a bunch," Joshua replied, his voice as calm as ever. He stretched his wing out a little to brush Chae, who was looking more and more frightened by the second. "Everything will be very clear in due time. Besides, you should remember the attack, right? It's all the guards would talk about for days on end."

Eura looked at them as they started to convene and talk. She couldn't help but wince as Lizzy rammed the door before letting out a little snicker. She seems alright.

Her calm exterior masked growing anxiety within. She twitched her wing, hoping that they weren't where she thought they were. Eura found herself looking back to the two in the corner. She hummed, crossing her arms. "...We're with the humans, right?" She truly hoped this wasn't the case, but it made more than enough sense. Her tone said that loud and clear.

"You could say they're human, yes," Joshua said. Chae muttered something to himself, and Joshua nodded along like he agreed. "The angels and demons they chose were random. You were just in the line of fire, I suppose. Or, at least, that's what we've been told." He blinked curiously at them, and seemed puzzled for a moment. "Although I have to say I'm disappointed. I always thought natural angels and demons would be... better? Different?"
