...But I don't have a prism scale, and apparently I need 100k to get one! Is there any other cheeper way to get a prism scale? Or do I have to get enough money? Is there a different way to evolve my feebas?

Oh my god! Prisms scales are only about 5k, but you'll need a trusted friend to trade it to. Use the trusted evolution station if no one is available.
